Went into the UPS store to return products from AT&T did not feel very confident about the return process, walk to the counter, a young lady name Paris seemed full of confidents ask how she could help me? I pulled out all my paperwork that I had prepared upon coming to the store. With her Calm demeanor, , she exclaimed, I would not need all the paperwork… She was so calm and professional. I decided to step back and see what she could do… in less than three minutes, she had unpacked my perfectly packed wrapped box, which took me more than an hour to do. Scan the product , and said that was it. Very nice job and customer service, Paris🧐! I could’ve gotten upset. But within that short period of time, she gave me my receipt and she was done… I looked at my receipt. Everything seem to be in order… so I told Paris thank you very much for your help and have a good day. An I was on my way😁! Can’t make this up… Had a couple of errands to run, got home by the time I check my emails. AT&T send me a email, said that they received my return!😂 goes to show you what can happen if we just step out of our way sometimes! Excellent job Paris and thank you very very much…👍👍👍👍👍UPS keep her👍

I stopped by this UPS Store on the Duke Street in Alexandria on August 2, 2025, and the ladies who helped me were absolutely exceptional! They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, but they truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

Five Stars for the Team at the UPS Store (Alexandria Commons & Duke St.)
Picking up packages here has been a breath of fresh air compared to the chaos of my apartment building's mailroom. Even when they’re short-staffed, the folks at this UPS store hustle hard. They’re efficient, professional, and somehow still manage to be friendly and attentive to every customer.
What really stands out is how calmly and kindly they handle the rush. They don’t take things personally, and you can tell they care about getting things right without wasting your time. It’s clear they’re doing their best, and it shows.
Honestly, I’d much rather swing by here than risk having a package stolen from my building. Huge thanks to the team for making what could be a stressful errand feel smooth and easy.

DO NOT USE NOTARY SERVICES!! Go to FEDEX!! I’m doing you a favor. It was very clear from the start that these UPS employees DO NOT take the role of notary seriously. They have cost me both time, money for a critical document that will impact a major sale. The minimal effort on their part it would have taken to rectify this is a testament to the lack of care and customer service from the “Manager”.

I would say the best UPS service ever ! Staffs always process very fast, easy and helpful! So lucky it is close to my house , I buy a lot of things and return so often too .
