Chris, the manager, was super helpful with printing out special birthday projects. I didn’t know this store had a wide-format printer! It was great to be able to get something done last minute!

The owner of this location and Brandon Ave is rude and aggressive unprovoked. We are not in the 1950’s anymore! However, the employees were nice and helpful.

UPS store at Kingstown has been our 1st choice for printing, faxing and dropping off Amazon packages for 15 years now. The staff is always helpfull and courteous. Carlo will go extra mile when to help you with your urgent last printing needs. 5 stars truely deserved.

Geno (not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) saw me struggling with taping up a package and offered to tape it for me. Then I accidentally left my phone in the store and as soon as I remembered and walked back inside, Geno had my phone there for me. He was super kind and I’m very grateful. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location before this also, but really wanted to leave a good review tonight after Geno went above and beyond.

I recently visited a location to drop off a package and had a concerning experience. 😒 I asked the staff to make sure the weight is printed on the label, but he refused even to weight the package 😤
My receipt says 0.0 oz and I had dealt with insurance before and this is an issue.
I waited to speak with another staff or the manager, but they were all unavailable. I asked for the manager and they told me he is not around. 😡 As a last resort, I asked for the customer service number, but they gave me the 800 number, one that's not operational on weekends. 🤬
The guy's name was Aars or so he said
This level of service is disappointing and needs improvement. 😤 I hope my feedback helps enhance the customer experience in the future. #CustomerServiceFail #UnsatisfactoryExperience

The UPS store is a wonderful business to have in Kingstowne. The business is efficient, delivery time is excellent and the staff members are respectful, efficient, patient and kind.

The idiots working here are lazy and incompetent. I dropped off two Amazon return packages and they only scanned one. I came to the store. Manager says call 800 number. Sat on hold for an hour with no answer. Went back. I was told I cant do anything it’s between you and UPS” by a tall white guy with glasses! Can you believe a UPS employee saying that IN THE UPS STORE?
In response to the reply:
UPS is a single company. One location should be able to assist me with simple things such as the three things I need. The item I dropped off was NOT SCANNED. One was and the other was not according to AMAZON. The employee did not scan it and that is why it is not in the system and why I have not received the refund. I asked for help with that and you told me it’s between Amazon and I.
The pickup was also NEVER MADE.
I had a delivery and a pickup scheduled for the same day. I asked to remove the signature option because the website was not allowing me to. Again you said call customer service which I told you like four times left me on hold for over 45 minutes which is why I drove to the store. Anyway
The driver made the delivery, get the signature from my mom, dropped off the label and took off without taking the pickup I paid for him to pickup. I again for the third time that day came back to the UPS store lugging this big box I paid to have picked up. You saw me walk in. I saw you. You went in the back and stayed there leaving a teenager to deal with the issue.
What I am seeing is incompetence and lack of accountability. No one is being held accountable. You are saying it’s someone else’s responsibility at UPS not yours because you work at the UPS store and UPS is a big company. Does this sound like the correct response to my issues? If you think so there is faulty reasoning in your opinion!
I will do my best to avoid all dealing with UPS and take all returns to Amazon fresh and avoid this nonsense and incompetence.
THE DRIVER DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO MAKE THE PICKUP BUT WAS HERE DROPPING ANOTHER PACKAGE OFF. YOU DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO ATTEMPT TO HELP OR MAKE ANY EFFORT TO CONTACT THE DRIVERS OR CONTACT POINT OR ANYTHING. PLEASE DO NOT PRETEND AS IF WHAT YOU DID IS ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM TO GET THAT PAYCHECK BUDDY!

Dropped my my package which was clearly marked “fragile” about 4 feet to the ground. When I told him it contained fragile item, the person at the counter laughed and didn’t even care.
