Driver said he couldn’t deliver a package to my building, said they left a slip. But the front desk person saw them and the driver didn’t say there was a package to sign for nor did they leave a slip. This was a brand new iPhone on launch day.I had to call the call customer service number and hours later someone from a local store finally called me back. They are very rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what happened. They pressured me to try and pick between going to the store & make it before closing or getting it delivered tomorrow. When I asked how tomorrow’s delivery would be handled differently they got an attitude with me.When it came to the pick up in store they tried to tell me there is an extra $8 fee even though they never told me that on the phone and they tried to say it wasn’t at the store yet. Which is wildly different than the story you see above.I will never get another Apple product or anything else of value from UPS delivered to my address. Next time I’ll just select pick up at an Apple Store cause it would have saved me time and lots of unneeded stress. And there would be no hidden $8 fee.

I would like to give an accommodation to driver Kohl in the Arlington's Eisenhower Ave Alexandria Virginia UPS center.Kohl went above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered with care and secure. He called to make sure someone would come down and retrieve it right away. He even offered to re deliver once I was off work.Exceptional service and true definition of going the extra mile!THANK YOU Kohl!!

I was not going to be around to receive a package so I went online to try to let UPS know and change the day to the next one, but they charge money for that. Then after that single attempt to deliver they take the package to a location that is a 45min walk away instead of the one that is 10min walk. If I want the closer location, UPS would do it if I paid them them. Avoid UPS, they can't do logistics.

Rude. I came in with a box full individual items for Amazon returns... Got asked what I was returning before I even made it to the counter.. I guess NO LABEL NO BOX means nothing here.

Drive Moore (I57649) is exactly disrespectful and rude. He dropped off packages and we offen have packages delivered to our location at A but they a B. We asked "These are for A, correct?".Driver Moore sarcasticly responds, "Ugh, yeah!".I went out to get the vehicle number as we were shocked by his response. He exited his next delivery and said, "You want my name too? It's Moore!". He proceeded to speed off at a very fast rate of speed in a parking lot.Very disrespectful! Wanted to make sure you knew.Thank you for your time,

The customer service here is awful. The women up front talk to you in such a rude manner. I have returned several Amazon packages through UPS and have never had an experience like this one. The two women up front told me I had to package my own returns (even though on Amazon it says they will do it for) fine. I packaged my own returns using the poly mailers provided. When I asked which ones I should use, whether the bubble wrap ones or normal ones the woman at the front got an attitude with me as if I was asking a stupid question and kept cutting me off the 3 times I tried to ask. Not a very friendly experience and will not be making returns/sending anything out at this location anymore.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. They will talk down to you at the front desk just like they did to me, and the only solution given when problems cannot be figured out is "call the 1800 number".Absolute joke!

This facility is terrible they call me to pick up my package because they had no reason at all why they couldn't delivee my package its not even heavy or big i go pick upat 7pm because they close at 7:30 pm I'm there right on time and all they can tell me the driver is not there with my package just to come tomorrow morning. How do I have to make time from work and all to go and I don't even live close by. And on top of that I had to pay $ 7.99 to go pick up my package

Do not get ur items shipped to this location, some of the drivers are thiefs. Had two iphones come in both marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, they wont even tell me where they left MY PACKAGE. DO NOT ORDER TO THIS LOCATION. THIS IS NOT TWO COINCIDENCES THESE BUMS GOT STICKY HANDS.

UPDATE: UPS Did not respond to my contact on Facebook. They are not interested in helping customers. I complained to the merchant that chose this terrible shipping company also.If I could give it a ZERO I would. I says it was delivered yesterday however it was not. I think I know what happened and I can't get to a person. I even went on chat and requested a call. When they called it asked me to press one to accept then couldn't hear me pressing 1 and HUNG UP on me. All I want to talk to person and that is apparently impossible. Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!
