This gym is fantastic! My kiddo has been doing unofficial parkour all over my house for years, having a place for him to learn technique and have a safe outlet for all his energy is amazing! The coaches are patient and kind and engaged. A plus!

We are so glad we found MindShift Gym for our kid. The coaches give everyone personalized attention, keep things safe, and really build up their confidence. My child looks forward to it every week and comes home happy. It is such a welcoming spot in Reston—definitely check them out!
