Cici and grandma are both helpful! I’ll never forget one lady who is power tripper to a customer. Well that customer has a little attitude so good for him. Well gotta support and be kind to our people. In the future, we might lose them and get everything automated.

Subject: Poor Service and Non-Functioning Kiosk at USPS Location
I visited this USPS location twice to use the self-service kiosk. On Friday around 6 PM, the kiosk was not working and the office was already closed, so I was unable to print my labels. I returned on Monday after work, only to find that the kiosk still wasn’t working.
At 6:04 PM, just four minutes past closing, I approached the door and a clerk was still inside. When I asked why the kiosk wasn’t working or if someone could print the labels for me, she ( old lady )did not respond helpfully—just said “it doesn’t work,” and closed the door in front of me. She made no effort to assist or acknowledge that I had returned a second time due to the malfunctioning machine.
I understand closing times are strict, but it was extremely disappointing to be turned away without any attempt at customer service, especially given the repeated inconvenience. If the kiosk is unreliable, there should be a backup option or minimal courtesy to customers who made the effort to come before and shortly after closing.
On a much more positive note, I want to give sincere praise to the younger woman who works behind the counter. She has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional every time I’ve interacted with her. Her positive attitude makes a real difference, and I truly hope she continues working there for a long time. She represents exactly the kind of service USPS should be proud of.

It was quite busy on a Saturday but the staff we had was so nice and helpful in getting my package shipped. The poor clerk had broken her arm and was in a sling but she still did awesome! I think it was clerk 62 but just wanted to say thank you again for your help!

I visit this USPS often, but my last two visits really stood out thanks to Cece. She made the experience so pleasant, something I truly appreciate because I usually dread going to the post office. Such a beautiful, sweet soul. Please keep her around!

Customer service is not only disheartening, but it's beyond pitiful.

Staff here go to great lengths to be rude, seemingly for their own enjoyment. Very bizarre. Recommend using another location.

I am beyond disgusted with this location. I have been coming here for 20 yrs and today one of your female employees with a short ponytail sitting closest to the stamp frame on the wall watched me walk In with a long box and 2 bubble wrap packages all taped up and written on with marker. I realized she charged me for the envelopes, which I had previously purchased weeks ago and told me there is no stamp on the back and accused me of stealing these. How am I suppose to know that the cashier is suppose to stamp the envelope? I’ve been purchasing envelopes and using them later and bringing back for shipping for yrs. I looked at her and said I walked in with these packages taped up, written in black marker please check your cameras. She caught an attitude and said I’m not going to waste my time. I took my packages and left. Shame on her for acting the way she did and accusing me of stealing. I will never get over this!! Teach your employees how to act and handle situations. Disgusting behavior!

I came in here today with my 4yo autistic son. He was a bit touchy with somethings and ended up going into the cabinet with the stamps on the wall. I filled out my envelope and proceeded to put the stamps back inside of the case. The lady with the long braids and glasses immediately screams at me and says “ WHO TOLD YOU YOU COULD TOUCH THOSE STAMPS?” Loud and obnoxious. I told her I was returning them to the case since my son had removed them then I asked her if she had a problem…she got quiet! Once it was my turn to be helped she immediately left her statin and went to the back. Very rude, loud, and disrespectful to a customer. There are certain ways to address things without being nasty. If you hate your job just say that. When I was leaving she came back to the front throwing and kicking boxes, very inappropriate. I just want to recognize the other young lady that DID help me (she has locs) amazing and was the only person moving the line along. Thank you for your help! That other lady needs to just go home.

If the service is not very slow, it is very rude. I understand they’re always busy, but no excuse for the rudeness. When talking about the difference in the zipcode between my printed address given by the website and the USPS data, she rudely says she trust the system instead of “random numbers i found on the internet”. Of course i’m not making up random numbers, this is the address the official website gave us. Then she went on to “explain” what zipcode is and how zipcode works in the “United States”, like i’m stupid jesus. I now understand why the google review here is really bad.

I fully support my local post office and the people who work there. They should add more staff, but do you think that is going to happen now under this administration?

Customer service is extremely rude. Didn't have any boxing tape. And the staff made a huge deal out of it. I had to wait till another customer brought their own tape. And she told him the service here is horrible. I would never come back to this postal office again.
