March 22, 20241) The self-service kiosk was broken yet again; does not provide receipts. This happens at least twice a week. 2) All the scales are not calibrated so they are constantly adding 2lbs. or more ounces on the packages and letters. I have a scale at home as I ship a lot with multiple vendors daily and ONLY this USPS office is Always adding extra weight on my packages thus causing me to have to pay unnecessarily extra after item is delivered.January 11, 2024Guess our regular mail carrier is away. As no mail past three days. On the 9th, the mail delivered was not ours. Maybe these backup mail people need to stay OFF their phones while working as you just see them talking on their phones and not paying attention to their deliveries. Have been expecting my medication which was supposed to arrive two days ago per the tracking, have no clue where it was delivered!November 22, 2023 - No mail delivery for past three days. Came home from work and see at 9:30 pm, the mail being delivered, then postman goes to her truck for 30 minutes. She starts delivery again. Then I check the mailbox - NONE of the mail belonged to us! Who knows where our mail is!

Here's the thought of the day...instead of creating angry customers, try posting on the front door that the internet is down, and you can't accept credit or debit. This is a much better solution than providing the service, charging the customer, THEN telling them you only accept cash. A simple sign is basic customer service and anyone can do it! Imagine that! Shout out to the lovely woman who paid my postage with her cash.

Be very careful when entering this post office after hours. I was startled when I entered and found homeless men sleeping inside tonight.

Long lines and only 1 clerk

As someone who conducts business via USPS and visits this location several times a week, this post office is poorly run. As others have noted more often than not there is only one clerk with a long line and no urgency. You have about a 50/50 chance of finding free boxes and mailers stocked (you’ll have to ask for them if the displays are empty). The self service kiosk is consistently out of order. On a positive note, I like the hours at this location and with the exception of one clerk, everyone is friendly.

The workers have all been fine to me but for the love of god can you put tape or shipping label envelopes out with the priority mail supplies! Also a sign to clarify where to drop off priority mail envelopes would be helpful.

There's one employee, 11 people in line, and zero sense of urgency. Then, they have the audacity to charge $17 to see if a money order has been cashed or not. The process will be 6 weeks- 6 months.

Understaffed with long lines. The outside drop off mailboxes no longer have an extended deposit slot so you cannot just drop off mail from your car like it used to be. Staff tries to keep up but it must be hard for them.

Beware of Beverly! I had a prepaid shipping label, but the associate Beverly refused to scan it until I made a purchase. I bought the cheapest shipping envelope and went to a different lady behind the counter. She informed me Beverly was wrong and I shouldn't have had to pay. Upsetting.

Looking to promote USPS with my art work that I feel would be great for a stamp. For years I have reached out to USPS and never received a reply back. Hopefully today will change. Bluelinestudios1.com is based on Police/fire and the American flag. I have been painting for the profession since 2006. I hope the call for customer service starts changing.

Good god I did not think someone could be so unhelpful. I had a package to pick up and was immediately told by the employee helping me that it wasn't there. She did not ask my name, my tracking number, nothing. Without skipping a beat she said they didn't have it. I told her I was expecting a package, that I received a text message saying it would be at this location and that it was being held for pick up. She told me the text was spam. I said, how can it be spam if I am expecting something? Can you check? She reluctantly handed me something to write on and said well if you can give me some information that would help. She asked me to move to the side and after she helped her fourth customer after me i told her that on the usps website it says the package was delivered here this afternoon - to which she finally decided to inform me someone was looking for it. Absolutely the worst USPS experience I have ever had with such an unhelpful and rude employee.

I find most of the staff here want to do a good job. Sometimes they are understaffed. Sometimes they are out of stock of certain types of stamps. There was recently a month where they had no international stamps. And sometimes they seem quite confident of what they think are the rules and maybe there is a little gray in those rules. All of my critiques are those of the system they work in - not the individuals who work there. They are working in a system that does not allow them to excel at times. If it were just the staff there, I would give them a 5. Considering some of my other comments, I would probably give it a 3.5 or 4. I hope they keep trying.

Hands down the worst USPS I’ve ever been to. They are constantly out of supplies and incredibly slow. I would recommend going to UPS or FedEx over this place

Today was my first time going to this post office. I have 2 post offices very near me but I didn’t go to those because the associates are very rude so I decided to take a chance and come here. Bad idea. The associate Beverly, was very rude and short. I truly was trying to ask her a question but I guess she was already mad this morning and brought that to work so in turn I actually APOLOGIZED to HER for bothering her. I asked her if someone else could help me with the question I had and she said no, I asked for tape she stared me down and set the tape right where I COULDN’T reach it at first. I understand places being short staffed I understand people feeling stressed but at the same time SHE TOOK THE JOB which means if I approach you with respect then I should get the same thing back. Most of the workers I have encountered at the post office have been rude and I really don’t know why.

Do not go here for your post office. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. I was left speechless by how incompetent and unprofessional they are. They have lost my packages on several occasions and have done nothing to attempt to remedy the problem.
