When the prompt to rate the service came up on the screen of the payment terminal, the clerk reached over the counter and hit the big smiley face button herself 𤣠A foolproof way to make sure you get high ratings!

The girl at the front desk is rude for no reason. I donāt usually leave comments but she donāt need to work in customer service.
I was on the phone standing In line (wasnāt being loud at all) and she basically told me to go outside while Iām on the phone.

Iāve lived here for 6 years and I just wish our post office was better. The customer service is never good. They open late. Closed at inconvenient times. Today I went to get stamps and they were unavailable.

The one staff member working was on her cell phone, didnāt have answers to my questions, and told me to go to the UPS store when the package needed to be returned through USPS. Itās a shame this building takes up so much of the precious but tiny Del Ray strip. Donāt expect help here.

Definitely an unpleasant experience to say the least. Iāve been to this location many times since itās near our house, but honestly if you have time to go elsewhere, do yourself the favor! The woman who works here during the weekday ādayā shift is always unpleasant and rude. Canāt say it was just to me either. To other customers as well. If you have questions, be prepared for frustration and likely incorrect information. Even if you are dropping off stamped mail - do yourself a favor and drop it in the box outside or she will yell at you! Recently I went during a time where the woman working was about her lunch. She yelled at me and everyone else in the room that if we werenāt done in 3 minutes, we would have to come back in an hour. There were no signs anywhere stating an hour where they were closed and the doors were still open. I took time off from work to come and get something shipped. All that time wasted because this was poorly planned on their staffing end or even put up notices like other business do - let folks know ahead of time rather than barking at folks and not being able to help those who were already waiting in line. Just always a struggle going here.

The person who works serving, eh? Has a bad attitude and offends customers.

I thought people were exaggerating but after interacting with the young lady today 2/7 around 4pm, I can see why the reviews are so low. I would avoid this location, UPS down the street has employees who actually seem as though they want to help. Iāll be going there now on for my mailing needs!

Why the government hire people like the women working on Jan, 28th in the afternoon at the post office? I try to avoid using USPS as much as I can, they excel for hiring people with horrible customer service skills. Bad attitude and lack of care when handling packages. She literally threw my package 2 feet to the floor and rolled her eyes.

This Cece woman is horrible and I canāt wait for Ms. Eva to return. Been coming to this post office for a year and the longest Iāve ever spent inside was 4 minutes topsā¦Ms. Eva had this thing running like a well oiled machine while this woman takes over 15 minutes to handle 2 customers. Thatās not an exaggeration either, youād be lucky if sheās done with a customer in 7 minutes with the way she runs her mouth. This Cece person cannot focus to save her life and moves at the pace of a slug. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first couple times because I thought she may have drank too much coffee or was nervous at starting a new job. After 3 times of experiencing this (this last time being the worst and longest) I realize this is a chronic personality problem and something the manager needs to handle. If she spent as much time doing her job as a front desk employee, as she does talking like sheās on her lunch break with everybody and their mother, she may actually be decent. Iām not saying donāt be nice or kind to customers, but her inability to shut her mouth is impeding on her ability to do her job. This is not social hour and she clearly has never worked in customer service before because she is incapable of balancing speaking to customers with ringing them up and sending them on their merry way. No awareness, consideration or respect for customers time. I waited over 20 minutes this last time for her to ring up 2 customers and was late for my appointment because she could not control herself and kept having in depth personal conversations while taking forever to fill out a simple form. Whatās crazy is sheāll be done ringing someone up and take the entire next 5 minutes continuing the convo and not taking the next customer in line. I feel like Iām on the show āWhat Would You Do?ā and thereās a hidden camera somewhere seeing how long people will tolerate her nonsense before they explode and tell her to shut up and move it along. She seems to be the type of person that unfortunately thinks everyone wants to be her friend and does not know how to create boundaries with customers because I know she see the the line of people waiting to be helped visibly growing while she continues talking. Until she appeared I have never seen the line of customers go out the door and into the lobby. If this woman stays, sheās going to have a line all the way out the door to the 7 eleven due to her desperation for attention and lack of self-control. A few words she needs to learn and practice⦠efficiency, timeliness, restraint and silence. Iām so sick of this and praying things return to normal soon and they get Ms. Eva back to running this thing right.

Blown away! I used to dread going to the post office, but then they hired Cece! She is so nice I even asked for the USPS survey to fill it out on behalf of her, which I never ever do. I now look forward to going to the post office and use them more often. Please donāt take Cece away from us! Excellent customer service!

Iāve never left a 5 star review for a USPS until today. Cece is an absolute angel! Truly the kindest USPS worker Iāve ever come in contact with. Even though our interaction was short and sweet, it was all the time needed to experience her kindness.
