The hours of operation on Google Maps is incorrect. This post office closes at 1pm on Saturday. Not 1:30pm. Can the correct hours please be updated? Thanks

Worst post office, dropped off a priority package on the 13th and it JUST moved to another facility in VA today on the 23rd. Absolutely ridiculous, was a blood sample for a baby gender test and now the expecting parent will likely have to do it again. Poor customer service with awful attitudes when you ask for any assistance. I usually go to the one near my work in MD, however made the error of going to my local. Lesson learned

The Hispanic guy- #99 on the 16th of December 2024 is apparently burnt out and needs to quit. He is extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Does not give you your shipment options, gives incorrect info when prodded and really needs retraining or a suspension.
He’s reached his point of diminishing return and like I’d stated earlier, needs to quit or take a vacation and reevaluate whether he really wants to be doing that job.

I paid priority to have an item shipped to NJ. Two days later I check the tracking and it’s in Minnesota! Complete backwards direction. And now it won’t get there until 7 days after I shipped it and they won’t refund the priority payment because “it’s not guaranteed”.

First time returning a package at USPS, so I didn’t know the return shoe box had to be taped. (So do tape your returns!)
Went in on a Thursday, 2pm.
The guy at the counter (very rude!) was unclear with his instructions so he ended up shouting at me twice in front of everyone:
1) I had “no privilege” to use the packaging tape laying on their table
2) Accused me that I had already used the packaging tape I was returning on the shelf (that I was suppose to buy)
The one star goes out to the kind customers who saw it all, and offered the tapes they had so I didn’t need to go back at the end of the line just to buy a packaging tape from the store.

The hispanic guy(for identification purposes only) with semi-long hair is a very rude person. He was giving attitude to everyone and very unprofessional. He is the reason people have a BAD day. I don't think he should work here anymore. I will never come back again to this location, even if this is the only USPS in the USA. (I was here Tuesday may 28,2024, in the afternoon.)
