I am waiting on an important government document to be mailed. The usps email notification said it was out for delivery 4/15 (with image verification). When I checked my mailbox it wasn't there when I filed a claim for usps to look into it this branch immediately called me and told me they delivered it and it's my fault if I dont see it. So what I am gathering is they didn't bother to check which mailbox they put it in which is extremely frustrating that instead of taking responsibility or reporting the mail lost they double down and blame it on me. Who is running this place?

Me and another lady and line had to loudly commend Porsche and her other staff for their exemplary service. The ability to multitask efficiently and effectively to cut down the wait time is phenomenal. I always bypass Fort Belvoir post office to come to this location. Because I know my needs will be taken care of. What an amazing reflection of their postmaster! Most be some updated training, or skills they self possess. WE LOVE IT!! Don’t lose that team! Great job hiring manager?????

Made four appointments for new passports for kids and two separate appointments for renewals. Marcia got us all in the span of about 30 minutes! She was very efficient, kind, and professional! Made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you!

Bad service, I have mail coming from fall church va need to sign, but when I go pick it up from the this post office my mail was already open , nothing in the mail, and the lady in the counter talk about mail is from airplane, fall church va to Alexander va need to airplane to ship it, no apologies nothing, I think someone stealing my stuff, next use the post offices to shipping anything

The passport staff is not adequately trained. We were convinced to get a passport card for my son instead of a passport book and I kept asking what is difference and they said “you pay more for a book so there is no need for a passport to got to Mexico.” Shame on us for trusting her instead of doing our due diligence but right before Christmas at the airport they unfortunately told us a card is only good for sea and land travel. An entire family Christmas vacation was ruined with lots of tears due to us trusting an incompetent staff.

The staff here are incompetent and terrible. They would rather spend time having a discussion with each other instead of doing what they’re paid to do while customers are present.

I will give 3 stars because of the lady with the turban she was the nicest employee working today. The young lady me and my mother spoke to today just gave us a hard time for reason and was confused about their products themselves….anyways shoutout to the lady with the turban for being sweet I believe she was the manager. On 7/3, went here to purchase a money order. There were about 4 people in line and it was not moving. The rep on the right was busy with several people in a group. There was one person in the middle, then to the left another rep. The one on the left got up and left and still no one was being helped while additional people joined the line. The rep in the middle finally decided to call the next person. When it was my turn, device didn't accept credit cards so I went to my phone to unlock my debit card, she immediately said in a very rude tone "mam move over to the side they're other people behind you". I get that, but it could've been said in a nicer way. Cause of her tone, I responded "whatever" and she took offense to it by responding "you seem to have a problem". I didn't respond, but yes, I do wirh nasty mean people at the post office. I guess she was in a hurry to flirt and make a date with the guy that was8 standing behind me. After he left, I then proceeded and asked for the money order and put my debit card into the device. She then said " what did I do to you". Really! You were rude. After I paid for my money order, I immediately moved to the side to put it away as to avoid any further contact with her and she still kept making comments. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with her ever again should I ever go back there. That was so unnecessary and she most definitely need training on customer service!

I wish USPS was not worthy of bad press. Sadly... 'non-deliveries;' mailmen ditching a mailbox of mail; 'the service upon entering from employees that appear as if you are on a game show to test patience .' Cannot government, visit Engleside and the like to seek improvement, instead of sending all the appropriations?

This post office has incorrectly processed address change for both of my sons and now myself. They have lost every request whether hand delivered at the post office or sent via internet. They have delivered the mail to our neighbors erroneously multiple times despite living here 9 years. Management needs overhaul.

I went for a return for my online purchase. The merchandise website has instruction of letting the post office print out the label by scanning a QR code. I forgot to seal my package so I asked if I could borrow their tape, they said no. And then scanned my QR code printed out the label, telling me there is no turning back and now the package has to go and I HAVE TO purchase a tape so that I could seal my package. This generally just feels like a dishonest and unkind conduct, the online merchandise never mentioned that once the label is printed, the package has to go with USPS. Even tho the tape is only $3, but it felt deceiving and unkind, for sealing my package would only take 11” of their tape.
