One of the employees is great. The other is rude to every single person she helps. I’ve seen her raise her voice and berate people for no good reason.

This place is lacking good customer service. I’ve dealt with the same older male employee at this location on more than one occasion and his attitude is poor. He is short with his replies to questions and seems to be annoyed to have to do any type of work. SMH

I’ll just go to the other one around the corner. Nobody was in line and it was my first time there; I walked the wrong way and she literally made me turn around and go all the way around back to her . Power tripping & unnecessary to be so unkind .

This Post Office is the worst one!
The mailmen in this post office are awful! They are unable to read the addresses. The manager is not helpful. They misplaced my very important document that was in a big envelope and the address was written in big/bold font.
Awful service.

There was a time when this branch was excellent but for the past 20 years it has continually gotten worse. Service is terrible and complaints fall on deaf ears.

I stopped by to drop off some wedding invitations and Eboni was so nice and patient with me assisting me on the correct postage to have on each envelope since they all weighed a bit different. Thank so much for your help!

I have always had a pleasant experience at the rose Hill post office. I even messed up my label placement and the clerk was kind enough to help me correct it. It was almost closing time and he was soo patient.

We are not getting regular pick up and delivery of our mail. The mail service has gone down, to no customer care. It stinks, I am ashamed to admit I am worried about what is happening to our country.
