Cynthia was amazing. She took care of switching me over from t Mobile I'm less than 20 minutes. The process was so much easier than expected even though my family has a ton of devices. She was also the only Spanish speaker so she had to take payments, be a translator and take care of lots of other people but somehow made it so that I felt prioritized.ia shocked when she said she wasn't the store manager.We've had a lot of bad experiences with T-Mobile stores so this was a incredible introduction to Verizon

Never enough staff. Didn't realize they took appointments. So those get service before those that walk in. Very frustrating. An hour later I'm still waiting. Also, they need to bring back seating. We shouldn't be expected to stand while waiting so long. Staff is nice and very knowledgeable though.

This Verizon store is the best! Every time I go in there the staff are welcoming, professional, and above, all patient. In the last month I have bought or replaced 4 Apple devices. while this can be a time consuming process, the staff were attentive and thorough and helpful in transferring data and setting up the different devices. Gus the manager is great! and Philip in particular has been sooo helpful. in fact I keep coming back to this store because of the terrific service Philip gave me while buying a watch for my son. This store represents the best that Verizon has to offer!!!

I have to give a shout out to Dedrick @ this location for helping me resolve an issue with my iPhone 12 mini; I was told by a phone rep that I needed to visit a physical storefront and it wasn't a smooth resolution at first, but with Dedrick's help, the problem was solved. This review is for the for his wonderful customer service. I'm only giving three stars because the store wasn't equipped with a restroom for its customers (you currently have to go next door to a fast food joint, which I did and no problem there but c'mon Verizon, have a working restroom available). Also, I had a mediocre experience over the phone with one of the reps which resulted in me having to make *two* trips to this store to eventually resolve.

EPIC FAIL! Not helpful at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Will be ordering online. Alan was great the first time I went in. Had trouble with login, tried to fix it, had to wait 24 hours to go through, held the phone for me. Went in the next day to pick up, still had trouble with getting into account, was not exactly sure what-just told did not go through. Mr. "shrug your shoulders" provided no feedback or help what so ever. Came back AGAIN, waited why Mr. Chit Chat finished up his conversation despite people waiting, Mr. "Shrug your shoulders" came out, got our information, went to the back, several minutes later came out to tell us my phone was no longer there and they did not have that version at their store any longer. Did not keep my phone on hold. Did not call to say putting back, did not explain SPECIFICALLY what needed to be done. To be clear, Alan was great--after that, all went downhill. Do yourself a favor and just skip this store and go to another location or better yet, just order online.

Horrible service here. I came in to exchange an Apple Pencil that was brand new and packaged and would take no more than 5 minutes and was told I needed to wait an hour. They were too busy making new sale customers and bullshitting with people to work. Horribly managed store. No system in place for quick issues vs. sales that will take time. Just terrible managed. The manager Luis attitude was horrible. He argued with me and when I said his service model was bad he denied that other stores separate service from sales and basically said I was a liar. He said no they don't. Horrible customer service arguing with the customer.

The young lady that helped me was super duper awesome. My Pixel stopped working. It's a piece of garbage to begin with, I know. Anyways, she ordered me a new one and 17 hours later the FedEx guy was knocking on my door. To say that my mind is blown, well that is an understatement. She was very professional. Told me your phone will arrive Friday but there is a chance it could come Thursday. I didn't believe her, shame on me. I set up my away message as I thought I would be incommunicado for a day and a half. Wowzers! Thank you R! You're a rockstar!

In order to receive my refund, I had to e-mail a Verizon Vice-President. (Google "Verizon Leadership," then contact the appropriate person.) The Executive Office responded to me via phone in less than 24 hours! Actual refund was received within a few days after that. Overall, it took 5 and a half months from return date to receive my refund. Still, this was a 1 star experience due to the run around and conflicting information from the Fordson Rd store, aka Hybla Valley, Alexandria VA location, as well as my time consuming experiences with the customer service folks at the 800 number, most of whom disconnected me, sent me to wrong departments, or duplicated previous unsuccessful efforts of their colleagues. Tip 1: Google "Verizon Leadership" and e-mail appropriate person after you have attempted resolution through store and / or customer service. Tip 2: How to Stay Connected to Customer Service: Insist that the original rep stay on the line with you throughout duration of call when you are transferred anywhere. Many thanks to the VP who took charge and saw to it I received my refund once aware of the situation.

This was a great Verizon store. Had a bit of a wait to be helped but Eli helped me pick the right model of phone and was patient and very informative without being pushy. My husband and I left agreeing we will come back to this store when either of us next need a new device.

Never use Verizon! I'd give them no stars if I could. We were moving out of the area so we requested disconnect service. All was good with that until we kept getting a bill for one month of service that came after the disconnect date. After 5+ attempts to correct with Verizon and a different story every time from their service agents, they are telling me have to pay because we didn't cancel before the start of the new billing cycle (which was 6 days before our disconnect date). They won't ever prorate it like a good business should.

I needed to upgrade my I phone 6 , the good news I got Will he was knowledgable, very helpful and efficient . I appreciate his willingness to help and explain each step as we went along .I was dreading getting someone that didn't care but Will made it a smooth , painless transaction. Went there the other day to buy a couple iPhone chargers. Walked in and there was only 2 sales people on the floor. They spent too much time with 2 customers while several of us waited to be served. I didn't need help finding what I needed, but nobody acknowledged that they were willing or able assist me checkout - as I stood there for 20 minutes with the chargers in hand. I finally put them on the counter and walked out - I thought it would be easy but instead I wasted time!! Terrible business model. Too bad, I will now drive further from my home to a place with better service.
