Don't go here complete waste of time Employee was late and there were 4 people waiting. Once she got settled she made an excuse to every customer why she couldn't help them. I needed a Sim card and I ordered it online to pick up here and she said they don't have any there "inventory issue" DO NOT GO HERE.

Verizon or its authorized retailers like Russel cellular need to support its customers by offering repairs available for free at corporate locations. In a city where transit relies heavily on a cell connection, I had a SIM card fail. I attempted a repair a several locations all of which were “Russel cellular” and tried to charge me $40 for a repair that is free through corporate stores. Do better!!

Horrible customer service. The rep yelled across the room and asked for my 4 digit account PIN code for the entire store to hear. She was airing out the customers personal information beside me. I heard him say "well everyone knows my information now". No level of confidentiality here. Won't be coming back:

I arrived at this store location at 5:45pm today and there was no one in site. The store hours online and on the door QR code said that they close at 8pm.. I went to the adjacent store and asked if he had seen anyone. His response was that they come and go as they please, and it’s hit or miss if you catch someone working there. This is such an inconvenience because I had to take off from work early just to arrive at a closed store. Where’s the customer service/loyalty? Please do not go to this store! I did not think I needed to, but I should have read the reviews before going to this store.

NEVER, EVER, EVER Will I go to this retail location ever again. The way that “The Store Manager” by the name of “Steve” (who refused to give me his last name) spoke to me was unbelievable! He was obnoxious, rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional! He talks down to everyone (others who I witnessed him speaking to) and he speaks to people as if they have no comprehension! Someone who behaves in this manner should not be managing anything! I walked into the location and he was clearly having issues with a significant other (who I could hear him very loudly) arguing with on the phone! TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Worst Verizon ever. Business hours were noted to end at 5:00 P on Sundays. I got there between 2:00 and 3:00 P, and the door was locked. I went across the parking lot to another store and came back to find another customer attempting to open the door. This time, someone came to the door, unlocked it, and went to sit back down. (One would think the appropriate thing to do would be to open the door for customers.) The first lady, an older lady, wanted to ask a question about her bill. The young lady behind the counter seemed very pleased to tell her that they’re not a corporate store and that she would have to go to Verizon that was about 4 miles away from where we were or that she would have to call Verizon. She made no attempt to do anything at all. Once at the counter, I asked for assistance with setting up a new device, and unsurprisingly, I got a similar level of support from the young lady who seemed happy to do little more than sit comfortably in her chair with her heater on. She told me all I needed to do was switch the SIM card over. Yes, I understand that, but no—I have never once been able to simply put a SIM card in and have my phone function without issue. Without even turning off my old phone, she pulls out the SIM card and SD card tray, which can certainly cause write issues for SD cards, and puts in the new phone and hands it back to me. This was all great except there’s no way to get the Samsung passcode with out the SIM card in the device that’s already linked to the account, but at this point, the two phones were doing data transfer with no way to retrieve the SIM card from the new phone without disrupting the transfer. I told her thank-you, but I would figure this out myself. Do I recommend this store? No, not if you actually expect to get assistance from anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.

Went to a store during opening hours (2pm on Sunday, listed hours are from 11am-5pm, so not even close to closing) as listed on their door, but door was locked and the office was empty. Phone number listed is for the verizon general service line. What's the point of having verizon store where you can only get service by appointment?

Expecting to trade in phones for newer model, we went to Russell Cellular- Verizon ... Now we know better. The young woman working was a Customer Service nightmare! Rude, dismissive, and couldn't/ wouldn't answer questions directly. Example, "What is the basic difference between these plans?" Her response, as she pointed to a laminated info sheet, "You can just read it!" Asked her a question to clarify after we read it, she just pointed again and said,"It's there- just read it!" Another question, "What is the $30. upgrade fee?" Her response, "I don't know. Everybody has to pay it. Maybe you can call Verizon and tell them you don't want to pay it. We charge everybody the same." Looking over at her coworker, who was still finishing his McDonalds order, he just ignored us. After the negativity and sarcasm from the woman became too much, I simply said, "It sounds like you don't care about selling phones to us." "Oh I do but we only have purple phones anyways... I mean do you really want purple phones?" We just walked out of the store... Lessons learned! Go elsewhere if you want a knowledgeable salesperson who cares about his/ her job!

Absolutely horrible customer service. You will get zero help unless manager Sam is there. They took another customer while assisting me and made me wait a very long time, refusing to assist me until she was done with new customer. Last time I was here three hours when o was being given a open box iPad when I paid and ordered a new one. Luckily it took three hours and I realized what was being done because Verizon was unable to activate.

Kudos to Justin & Brianna , I just recently switch from AT&T to Verizon and the customer service was outstanding. Had some trouble with porting the phones but they worked until they made it right .. excellent customer service

I just wanted to give kudos to Justin and Brianna . I recently transferred services from At&T to Verizon and had a little trouble with the port but they both helped to get it right and fix both lines.. I called a lot and they were ore than helpful throughout the process !!!!!!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
