I booked on the phone, you can't book online or with an actual human being. When I come in, the people do not greet me or say hello. All they do is just glare at me and ask "what am I there for?" I went ahead and booked an appointment. And yes, I was about 20 minutes late. The store was dead. I'm telling you there's no one was in there and nobody was in the back. The store doesn't close till seven. 5:40 appointment and I arrived at 6. I tried to call to tell them I was late but all I got was a robot. But they wanted me to reschedule for another day to do an eye exam. Will not be coming back here and will not be recommending any of my friends or family. They also don't take a lot of insurance plans, so plan to pay out-of-pocket.

The store on Richmond Hwy in the Hybla Valley area reps from the manager to the person who adjusts the frames for you after you select them are extremely rude. They all need customer service training to adjust their nasty attitudes when dealing with customers.

I had a really poor customer service experience on 2/26/24 and my husband and I won't be back after his glasses are produced. When we walked in during the afternoon hours. There was only 1 customer and 3 associates. They greeted us, and then went back to gossiping. I asked the associate Rashida about my vision benefit amount so we could purchase a pair of glasses for my husband. She took my info, looked it up, and said "$280 for the first pair and 50% any extra pair of glasses ordered." My notoriously cheap husband was right there and thought that was perfect because he found frames that cost $269. Rashida misspoke and the amount was $180, not $280. She handled this in about the worst way a customer service person could. She stood her ground and yelled across the store that there's no way she gave the amount and we could not possibly have heard her right. Go back to gossiping, Rashida, it's clearly your better trait. Zoey ran into trouble printing our receipt and offered to fax it. I asked what human has a working fax machine in their house, and she told me plenty of folks do. My bad, Zoe, I must be living in a different world. One where businesses figure their crap out and know how to get a customer receipt after a $400 purchase. Silly me.

My very first visit was flawless!!! Not only did they adjust their scheduling to accommodate my early arrival, bur I was able to flow into my exam without the hassle of intake paperwork. I left with a complimentary pair of contacts 2/5/2024 and my 1 year supply arrived at my home today.

I’ve been to many eye care centers, and I must say this is my first time having an amazing experience with EVERY interaction. From the greeting when we walked in, the testing, the eye exam, getting the lenses for the frames I brought in, to picking everything up today…A1! Thank you to Kaneesha, Tiyonna (she deserves a raise because she exudes customer service) as well as the rest of the staff. You guys are exceptional!

I have used this location for eye exams for the past three years and never disappointed. There is always a great rapport with the doctors. They are very thorough in explaining every procedure and diagnosis. I had the pleasure of working with Tiyonna and Spike. These ladies waited patiently while I browsed the frames and were extremely professional, friendly, and great with explaining every detail of my transaction. They are definitely an asset to this location.
