Not sure how this shop gets anything but 2 stars. My 2024 truck was taken in to repair damage that Safelite caused. My truck has a ceramic coating on it, The shop applied clear coat and paint directly over the ceramic coat, causing it to peal. They also taped off badges in the fender rather than removing them and leaving alone. They stated that They did not have the equipment to remove the ceramic coating. For a body shop to say that is very disconcerting. The solution is easy and it should’ve been covered in a normal prep to paint a vehicle. They also failed to prep the surface correctly, sanding, etc. This shop is only looking for a quick Buck stay away from it. They will cut every corner possible to make an extra penny.

incredible work from VM Auto Body!!
i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean. Kimberly and her team were beyond professional and took care of me better than any other shop i’ve been to before. i will be back!! thank you!!

They did an amazing job on my car's scratch fix. Not only are their prices fair, the quality of the work is stupendous and time it took was really quick too! Could not recommend them enough for any car body work.

Our car got sideswiped, the front had scratches and dents. Contacted VM Auto Body through Yelp because they had amazing reviews - which was important to us, and they gave us the best quote. Called and Kimberly promptly returned my call and scheduled me. Took the car in on Thursday morning and they said it would be ready by Saturday (other auto body shops also needed 3 days). To our pleasant surprise, they called on Friday saying the car would be ready Friday afternoon! The car looks brand new. AND they cleaned the inside. The final price was exactly what was quoted. Adding one more 5 star review here!

Did a great job taking care of a scratch on my car and priced it reasonably. Even cleaned the inside of my car without me asking, which I really appreciated. Kimberly is very responsive. Would definitely go back.

Really really appreciate the honest, reasonably priced, and excellent work from VM Auto Body. Not only did they fix up my fender bender, they also took care of the car and detailed it. I plan on bringing in my other vehicle for a detailing very very soon.

They do an amazing job at a reasonable, fair price. They fixed my car a couple of times and the results were better than what I was expecting. They are trustworthy and care about their customers so you can expect good results in the end.

This is by far the best auto body shop in the DMV. Kimberly and her team are warm, friendly, and really know the business inside and out.Most of all, they treat you like family. You will never be upsold, taken for a loop or lied to. They are a true breath of fresh air.They also go above and beyond in ways big and small and their work quality is top notch.I won't ever be going anywhere else for body or mechanical work again.10/10
