wrong number on the google search, just leads to a random person's phone. Real number on actual website, go there. Nice customer service when I finally got the right number though

On 9/15/2023. Asc"" My prescription was sent to a different Walgreens, so I decided to call this store have it picked up. I called soon as I left the hospital and I was placed on hold. I arrived at this store and was still on hold 6 minutes later. I rushed to the restroom and prior to walking in a glanced at the pharmacy desk and I did not see anyone in line and a car in the drive way (I was still on hold) when I left the restroom I went to the counter and 3 people where in line. I joined the line and stayed on the phone. I was two of the tech and the Pharmacist pick up the phone and place it back on hold. When I got to the front of the line I made my request and asked to speak with the manager and I explained that I was on hold 20 minutes and counting. He then ask the tech to answer the phones and then at 23mins they finally answered. It seems if you want service you have to go in person.

Cancels orders when items are in stock or replacements are available. Store is a large one but employees here are routinely salty and unhelpful.

Solid pharmacy to go to. Have had multiple issues with deliveries but overall pretty good.

Poor drive-thru pharmacy customer service. I look forward to the day Amazon's pharmacy catches on and creates a better customer experience than Walgreens and CVS. They are completely unconcerned from a customer service/experience standpoint. Came 20 min early for a COVID test that takes less than a minute to accomplish and was turned away to sit in the parking lot for 20 min. They were not busy at all.

The Walgreens in Alexandria on route one is by far the most unprofessional slowest store I've ever been at waited 50 minutes in line 5 cars to find out prescription wasn't ready that was delivered 6 PM the prior evening

I've been in line in the drive through for 40 minutes and the car in front has not moved the entire time. I think I will be trapped here forever.

They don't seem to answer the phone. Was put on hold, then finally rang, then was automatically put on hold. This happened three times.

I too went to pick up prescriptions using the drive through. Waited about an half hour before I reached the window. Unfortunately the location of the drive through prevents you from getting out of the line once you enter it. Too narrow.

I wish I could give them zero stars. These people are incompetent and need to be trained (as all four who helped were clueless including Assistant store manager Mike and Eun in addition to two at pharmacy register. They are also unsafe. I pre-paid for a prescription for my son but they had no idea how to work express pay and insisted on physically handling my phone without gloves (in light of COVID and against my protest as they could scan without touching). They also didn't have gloves. The short African American young woman (she didn't have a name tag) was incredibly rude and shouldn't be employed at all given her attitude and what she said. I was also double charged because they are idiots and didn't know how to fix it...This all took about 30 minutes with 15 people behind me. Will now have to go dispute with my card company. I've had good experiences with other Walgreens before but this one is terrible. Walgreens corporate-please remediate this.

The pharmacist Jennifer N. is an absolute Life Saver. She was extremely helpful. Even though she was way under staffed she still took the time to help me. If she had not helped me I would of gotten really sick. I have now switched companies because of her actions.

The drive up pharmacy takes forever. I came here yesterday to pick up my husbands meds but waited for 20 mins for no one to even pay attention to the drive thru. So after waiting at the window for so long, I ended up leaving because it was getting really late at night. Then i decided to come back the next day and its been 30 mins since I have been in the line at the drive thru and they are still assisting the car Infront of me. If you guys cannot sustain the customers at the drive thru, why dont u guys hire more people?? Or tell customers who are gonna take longer to come inside. Its not that hard!!!

Went to drive through pharmacy to pick up medication and ended up leaving after 10 minutes of nobody coming to the window. Person in front of us was not helped either.

I have been a long time customer of this Walgreens, sometimes spending a $100+ each visit. Well no anymore. They have made it a habit now to call the police for anyone who dares pass through their parking lot that don't happen to be customers. Very sad policy. Just because we don't shop there at the moment doesn't mean we can't drive through. I would avoid this Walgreens and possibly all of them at all costs.
