The store was very organized, thanks to the manager's changes. I used to shop at CVS, but now I find this store well-stocked and friendly. Atika has done an excellent job

I went to pick up my prescriptions and when I got there the pharmacy was closed when they were suppose to be open. This pharmacy is not reliable.

Extremely disappointed in how i was treated today. I came to pick a package up and the very unhelpful “Asunico Rago” tells me it’s my fault the package was not delivered and proceeds to send me on a wild goose chase to get my package back. IT WAS SITTING IN FRONT OF HER THE WHOLE TIME!!! i came back to the store and told me to come back later. im assuming she didn’t want to do her job and wanted the next shift to find it for me. mind you IT WAS LITERALLY IN FRONT OF HER i had to get another employee to come over and get it for me. i will never be coming back to this location again.

Very clean and neat store, my cashier babiker was very considerate and helpful he helped me greatly and is one of the best cashiers i have ever seen in my life, looking forward to come back to walgreens

They are not professional and nor helpful. The manager is rude and shows no value to customers. They consistently remain unstocked with medications continue and are not accomodating to ensure customer have fast access to those not in stock. This Walgreens is the worst on Richmond Hwy and the corner of Boswell Ave. Fort Hunt has always been my go to for excellent and consistent customer care.

today on august 27th at 5:20pm me and my friend went in walgreens and needed help to unlock something and the older lady up front was so kind and made sure she told someone to help us but they never came to help so the older lady came and helped us instead. Those two younger ladies was very rude to let this older lady that clearly have walking problems to walk all the way to help us.

I've never had an issue with Walgreens until TODAY! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the Walgreens located at 6717 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306. My experience today around 10 AM with Alhusain, the shift leader, was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.
From the moment I approached Alhusain with my request, he was rude and dismissive. He showed no willingness to accommodate my needs and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. His attitude was unprofessional and completely out of line for someone in a leadership position.
To make matters worse, when I asked for the Manager's contact information, Alhusain refused to provide the email address. Instead, he gave me a fake phone number and name, which I later discovered was false as the actual manager's name is clearly displayed outside the building. This level of dishonesty is appalling and reflects poorly on the store's integrity.
Overall, the quality of service at this Walgreens location was abysmal. I would rather drive to the King Street location where I have consistently received better service. I hope that Walgreens takes immediate action to address these issues and improve their customer service standards at this store.

I stopped in for a passport photo and there was only one person working in the front, his name was Mohammad. He was very friendly and quickly let me know that he would be with me as soon as he could. After finishing up another passport photo customer, he rang up someone at the register and then came back to take my photo. He made this process quick and easy and was a very nice guy. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to get their passport photo done. Huge thanks to Mohammad!

I’ve never had a problem with Walgreens. I normally buy wall calendars for family members each year. This year I placed an order for ornaments, pictures and calendars. As I use Walgreens often for my photos. I got a phone call from the manager saying that they can’t do the 3X3 ornaments, but could do the 2X2 ones. I told him that’s fine and I’ll place another order online with that one. I got an email saying my order was ready. I go a few days later to pick up my order. No ornaments could be found or photos. None of the ornaments were made and the photos weren’t printed. I took the loss on those. Then I get home and look through my 3 wall calendars… All 3 of them were messed up. Each of them had each others sections. I don’t even know how it’s possible if you print one calendar at a time. My dads calendar had stuff in it that was for my mother-in-law and vice versa. I’m hoping I can take them apart and fix them. I’m seriously at a loss right now.

Took 50 minutes to get a vaccine and they didn’t have anywhere for me to park my bike. Staff was at least pleasant.

Great customer service from this store's pharmacy employee, Hannah! I discovered when booking vaccine appointments online that the system allows me to book vaccines even if they are not in stock at the selected store, and Hannah offered to call nearby Walgreens stores to help me find one that had the vaccine I needed in stock. She was also very knowledgeable and thorough, and helped answer all of my questions regarding my upcoming appointment. Thank you Hannah, and Walgreens!

It is always well stocked and convenient. Staying open until 10 is a major plus when you want to avoid the lines in the big box stores. Perfect stop when you need to get something specific and get it quickly.
