Jeffrey is the BEST! Always greets me with smiles and never fails to make me laugh. The store is ALWAYS clean and all the workers there are very nice.

I am very careful about posting negative reviews. I am also very empathetic toward healthcare facilities as I am a provider myself but this pharmacy has failed me and my family multiple times. I have given them years of grace. They hang up on you without speaking to you. They lie to you about not receiving scripts. They mislead you about when prescriptions will be ready and even if you give them several extra hours they come up with some excuse on why they're not ready. Their automated system is absolute crap. They have caused so much distress for my family due to their incapabilities. Save you and your family the trouble and use a different pharmacy.

Usually when I come to this location there is no one to help and everyone is very unfriendly. I had a very different experience today…Yaya was so kind and very helpful in helping me scan and print photos! Thank you for going out of your way to make sure I was taken care of!

Not a good location in general. Staff is often unhelpful and they don’t take prescription drop offs.

This Pharmacy on a consistent monthly occurrence is unable to fill the same prescription for me as it is always out of stock. For over a year I have pleaded with the pharmacist to order one and have on hand as I will require it at the end of the month ( this process has not changed in more than a year). Despite all attempts I go from 3 to 5 days without life supporting medication…. I would have the prescription moved to another pharmacy, however I go to Walter Reed and it’s hard to pin my Dr. down - especially on a Friday. I thought much about posting this and if the staff were more customer focused I would not have posted this - but I need others to be aware of how this place operates

I had my prescription sent to this location and I regretted it. It took them 5 days to prepare the order and the pharmacist I talked to was even mad (instead of being aplogetic) even I was so calm talking to her. They poorly handled the order and even poor customer service.

No wonder they have two stars, which is still a lot for them. I just called them for a prescription information, was on the phone for 20 mins, 3 individuals picked up and told me hold on... then the machine told me to call at another time. I will transfer my prescriptions to Wegmans.

**Warning** I can see why they have a TWO STAR RATING.
Always double check your co-pays because you could be given false information like I was.
When I arrived and pressed the call button, the staff member looked at me like I was bothering her (older lady with an accent and black hair ).
When I was finally helped another staff member (younger, black hair) told me that my insurance was not active.
I advised her this was not the case and that it was new insurance. The supervisor got involved , Terry. Who backed her up. Then advised me she normally calls the insurance for customers but was too busy to call for me, and said she’d get to it later. Not giving me a time frame. She then walked away after I asked for her name.
Then I received a call from terry a hour later advising me of an extremely elevated co-pay I had to pay and stated she had found out my insurance was active after all.
After taking it upon myself to call the insurance, I had the associate speak to her directly. The associate advised that she never submitted my prescriptions to the insurance, so the price point that she gave me, was at random and completely incorrect.
Suddenly while they were speaking on the call , the medications were submitted, and my copay was “ZERO.” The prescriptions were never submitted.
When I returned to pick up my Rx, the younger girl acted as though she didn’t see me at the window and proceeded to help a woman inside the store. Even after helping that woman she still acted as though she did not see me in the car, with her back turned and I had to ring the bell again. I have never been treated so horrible in my life. Especially by professionals. I help run a busy ER and I would never treat my patients this way.
Please watch out for the pharmacy staff here who have no desire or “time” to help you, want to take short cuts, and even quote you wrong co-pays without submission to the insurance.
Double check anything that sounds off. I will be escalating this to corporate. It’s sad you can’t even trust your local pharmacy staff. Truly unprofessional and a disappointment. I will be changing my pharmacy moving forward.

My husband took my almost 15 month old son for passport photos. The man took one look at my child and immediately said that he would not take his picture, that he would move around too much. My husband then had to drive to a different Walgreens where, fortunately, they were much more inclined to do their job, and had zero difficulty getting the photo taken. First of all, you don’t know anything about my child, second, it’s your job to try, third, you’re getting paid regardless of how it goes. Customer service was terrible.

Several minutes for staff to check me in for vaccine appointment with staff saying nothing. Seems to be little reason to schedule appointment since they do not adhere to appointment time.

I am getting decent service here at this location, and the employees seem nice. Pharmacy has been good but 2 years now and they can’t replace the lights in the parking lot. It’s dark. why? And where is the manager? Do they have one? I’ve never seen a manager at this location. You should be well lit for safety.
