I am getting decent service here at this location, and the employees seem nice. Pharmacy has been good but 2 years now and they can’t replace the lights in the parking lot. It’s dark. why? And where is the manager? Do they have one? I’ve never seen a manager at this location. You should be well lit for safety.

Yes very bad customer service and the older lady who I think Is Asian or Korean doesn't understand English very well and I had to tell her I wanted these type odlf cigarettes several times on what I smoke and pointed to the cigarettes several times before she realized what I smoked until she finally got it right and also waited in line a very long time in line always one cashier working up front by there self very poor. Management but the location is very convenient plus my cigarettes are cheaper than 7 eleven and saves me a trip to the store

Service and staffing has gone downhill over the past couple years. Always asked if I want to apply for a Walgreens credit card despite entering my rewards # so they have a record already that I declined the cc offer over a dozen times. Also what if someone says yes to the cc? Then the wait time to checkout is increased for everyone another 5 minutes because they just have 1 cashier? Annoying solicitors always camped right in front of the store entrance.

I always have a great experience with the service here. The online orders I made are promptly fulfilled, and it's a fast checkout. From my experience shopping here, some customers can be really rude to staff. So I understand the cynical and grey behavior from the workers here sometimes.

Me and my mother went to this Walgreens and saw the amazing deals they were having however, when we checked out the discounts didn't apply even though we were extremely careful in purchasing the amount of products that were needed in order to receive the discounts and free items, the discounts were not applied nor were our free items free. After viewing our receipts we confirmed this was a mistake by the systems at Walgreens and a very frustrating mistake at that because we wouldn't have purchased the items had we known the discounts and free items wouldn't be applied.

Update:Today, this pharmacy actually gave me someone else's prescription. When I called to inform them, they didn't seem concerned and asked me to return the medication to them.I called corporate who initiated a formal complaint.................Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to.

I've had an okay experience in the past getting my medication from this particular Walgreens. Recently, a pharmacist or tech by the name of Vincent has helped me sort out my medication costs and locations of pickup when I needed to move around on short notice. I'm impressed with the quality of care and attention to detail when interacting with me as a patient/customer. I hope he continues to work at this location. Thanks for the great work.

I have had several times at this location where they told me I could pick up my medication at a certain time, and when I go for pick up, they say they don't have it. When I object, they say "you can come tomorrow." I even once had them say I'd called the previous day when I absolutely had not. I was there in person. SOMEHOW when I confronted them, they have my medication in stock and I was able to pick it up. I was sent back to make an appointment online for a vaccination when there were no other customers around and they could have easily helped me.Like many places these days, they do not want to work and they lie straight to your face.

very rude, not organized, and unprofessional. they do not give the full amount of medicine. always few capsules are missing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I came to this Walgreens location today (4/8/23) around 9:05pm. I was buying pampers for my baby, the cashier in the front, an Asian woman I did not catch her name, said, "You look too young to be a father. "I hope management or some kind of higher up sees these reviews because that is not what customers come to your store for. We're just coming to shop

Their pharmacy is the last place to get a prescription filled. I’ve never experienced such a rude, unprofessional, confused staff. I was once given someone else’s prescription! This is so unsafe and annoying because I had to later come back to get my actual prescription.

Always have to wait in line either for pharmacy or regular check out at least for five minutes no matter what time you come. The pharmacy usually has one person doing the window and counter which takes 10 minutes. Otherwise, store is clean and well stocked! This part is 4 stars
