I have no rating for this business! I brought bread from this location and it was molded, I got sick and so did my family! I took the bread back to the store to show them afterall it wasn't what I expected from Walmart. I am still not well like I would like to be but this place needs to be a lot more aware of its products and services. It wasn't a good look for me, it was bad and I blame WALMART for not checking the products before putting it on the shelf and also making sure that all the bread or bakery products are not overlooked and properly prepared and served within the expiration dates and by storing the bread appropriately and proper!

ordered 99 boxes of Christmas lights. They suppsoedly attempted delivery once, but we were home and there was no knock no ring of the bell. Called and was told definitely will be re-delived same day. Nothing there . next day get email your order cancelled, it will take up to 10 days to refund your $300 order online from this business at your own risk!!!!!!

Typical Walmart. Dirty, long lines, poor service, and a packed parking lot. Checkout lady was popping gum and texting while the line was 8 people deep. Hey it's cheap though.

This place is convenient if you live nearby; however, avoid peak hours. If you visit from 6am to 11am the experience is completely different than peak times. Anytime after 4pm this place becomes a zoo without any keepers and you will easily get trampled. There's not much room to move carts around either and people are all over one another. Most of the staff is at self-checkout making sure folks don't steal. Print your receipt! Parking is very inconvenient too and there is hardly ever any close parking.

The parking here is terrible. It is definitely insufficient for the crowds. The store is clean but I picked up two items that were expired. The prices seem high. I spent $270 and no register had any large bags. There is no staff available to assist. The Walmart in Kingstowne seems a lot better.

I wanted to make this a 1 star review. Went in to buy and exchange an empty propane tank. I went to 3 different registers and nobody knew how to ring me up until I told her to ask their coworker who was having a casual conversation next to them. I want to stress that they ALL looked at me like I was bothering them. Finally the last lady rung me up and told me to look for someone who can open it for me. I asked around and nobody seemed to have an answer for me. Finally a lady appeared with a key and I was able to exchange my empty propane tank... with another EMPTY propane tank. I didn't know this since I was making this trip for my mom. My mom told me to go back and get a full one. I wanted to get angry with the lady who gave me the empty propane tank and sent me on my merry way. (I'm aware this would make me a Karen, and this looks like a Karen post but it's not.) When I got back to this location I was looking for the lady and was nowhere to be found. Thankfully Mohammad helped me resolve this issue. Even with a limp, he gracefully helped me with no problem. He made my problem his problem, and empathized with me. He went to customer service to verify who has the key. They told him who had it and we walked across the store to find the original lady. He took the key from her, we walked outside, picked a full tank, and even put it inside my car. He's the only reason I'm not making this a 1 star post. Please give that man a raise.

I would have given this Wal Mart a five, but two times now I have bought eggs and when I got home two of them were broke. This happened when the cashier squeezed the two eggs at the end to put in the bag. Please be more careful when putting the eggs in the bag. I check my eggs when I get them out the refrigerator and they were fine. When you check your eggs after you pay. Pick up the eggs at the end. The cracks are usually at the bottom.

The wait time for curbside is ridiculous and no one answers the phone for pickup. I waited 45 minutes for my items with a fussy baby and the flu! I had to keep getting out of the car with the baby to talk to staff. One lady said she had been waiting for an hour! When they finally brought my groceries, one of my items were missing and I had to take baby out the car, yet again, to talk to someone. One associate claimed its probably the item they cancelled, I assured him that it was not and showed the items from my app. He still insisted. Another associate came to the rescue and ran and got the item. The whole experience was awful and I'll never do pickup at the Alexandria Supercenter. My Walmart, Clinton never made me wait and that says a lot.

Be extremely cautious using their self-checkout system. It will ask you whether or not you want a printed receipt. ALWAYS GET A PRINTED RECEIPT. Walmart has a track record of accusing people who mistakenly forget to scan an item, or for whom the system did not register an item, of theft. If you do not have a printed receipt, you will have no way of defending yourself. ALWAYS COMPARE THE ITEMS TO WHAT IS LISTED ON THE RECEIPT BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR. Walmart is known for falsely accusing people of theft. Nasty company, nasty service.

You guys have no career for residents to live next door. y'all really got people out over night with a jack hammer keep us up all night. why would you do remodeling work like that after hours. inconsiderate company this has been going on for a month now when will it end so we can get some slee before work in the morning.

Overall, this is a well managed Walmart. I can usually count on finding the food, pharmacy or household products I need or a reasonable substitute. The store has well stocked dairy, fresh vegetables/fruit, meats, and bread departments. The frozen and processed foods isles are also well managed with a good selection of entrees, vegetables and deserts. The store is quite clean and the aisles are clear of stock. The associates services have always been helpful and professional in finding products, or helping with checkout at the point of payment. One thing I would like to add is a comment about the handicap cart service. It would be helpful if there were a few more carts available at the entrance. Also, it would help if the carts could be fully charged so they will work through a long shopping visit.

Buyers beware.... I placed an online order. All of my items were not delivered. Within an hour I called the store. An associate answered, I told her what my issue was, she asked if I could hold while she got a manager. I was on hold for 45 minutes. She never came back to the phone. I hang up called again and no one picked the phone up for the rest of the evening. Not surprised at all. I than went to my app and put in a complaint. The next day I received a call from the store manager (Ishaq) whom apologized, took my information and told me he would contact me with the resolution. That was 10 days ago. I had been out of town caring for a sick relative, so last night 2/27/23, I call to follow up since Mr. Ishaq didn't think enough of the situation to at least call back. Cheryl answered the phone. Very nice young lady!!She was able to track down a manager (Bilaal) who basically told me that she couldn't find my order and maybe I called the wrong store and to call the other store to make sure that I didn't order from the other store. After she had already confirmed that Ishaq is her manager and the location was on my receipt. She than stated that I've waited too long and the info is no longer in their system. And there nothing she can do about my issue. Than miraculously she finds my information but informed me that I just need to go and reorder again. So Walmart, my question is....why do I have to reorder when you I have paid you? To this day you still have my money. I paid $7.95 for your service and I tipped your delivery service $10 however you don't want to resolve my issue and your going to keep my money?? I'm so confused!! This is horrible customer service and I'll probably never order from you again. It has nothing to do with the fact that you forgot my items because accidents happen, however the way this issue has been handled is poor customer service!! I want to give you no star but I'm being forced to give you 1!

I don't know why this Walmart has such a low rating. We came in late, close to closing time to do a quick shop and were treated with the highest level of professionalism and excellence! The store is clean and every associate we encountered was friendly and helpful!

They just made me leave most of my cart to check out? 20 items or less in self check out. Two fully packed lines for full check out. They're not putting away all the frozen and cold stuff I had to leave in a cart at the front. I'm sure it'll go bad and then they'll put it back when it's rotten. Not sure id trust their stuff after all that.
