I wouldn’t recommend coming here! The first time I got glasses here they got my prescription wrong. When I went back to request the correct pre-scripted glasses, they asked me to pay again even though they got the glasses wrong. Even worse that they originally asked me to pay a warranty on the wrong glasses that wasn’t even transferable to the new and correct ones. Lots of wasted money here!

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The center was very clean and neat. the sales associate Eyoel was amazing in helping me choose the right glasses that would best suit my needs. I highly recommend this vision center.

I absolutely loved my experience at the vision center! I went in and saw the eye doctor who was very thorough and then was so happy with the covid protocol at this store! I was still able to try on what ever I wanted and the staff was happy to clean what ever I placed in the basket! Lewis was so helpful with opinions and going over all my options! I’m so excited to pick up all 3 of my glasses next week!!! So excited to try out my new computer glasses!! There is a new anti glare that is gunna be so much easier to clean too!!! Can’t wait to see that too!!!

The Dr there is horrible, she refused to give me a contact prescription because she thinks contacts are bad for your eyes... ontop of the fact that with my glasses prescription I cannot see close up i.e read things on my phone/books, double vision. I have NEVER had this problem before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not to mention their attitude and horrible customer service. I guess that's the service you get for Walmart...

If I could give less then one star I would!! I ordered colored contacts from Walmart's vision center with a prescription I had received from my eye doctor. Being Military my optometrist does not carry trials of contacts and told me there was not a guarantee but often times when you order contacts they will give you a trail pair. I ordered the contacts through walmart and asked to see the color in a trail pair, They informed I would need to go next door and talk to the doctor to see if she would allow it. THIS IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STARTED!!! I walked in and no one was at the front desk, assuming they were understaffed I waited over 20 minutes, The doctor came out and I had explained my situation. She told me she did not have a trail for that color in a prescription format. I told her i didnt need it to be a prescription I had only wanted to try on a pair to see the color. She argued with me that she would not do that unless I paid for the exam which was 110$ Keep in mind the 3 month prescription was only 90 and those actually had the prescription in them. I told her I did not need the exam and handed her my exam paperwork and explained that i was military so I only go on base to be seen because my insurance does not cover it. She again told me she would not give me a trail pair without the exam and I need to go back to my doctor for the trail pair, I ONCE AGAIN explained my doctor does not carry trails and I already ordered the contacts and it was a fairly simple process to just hand me a trail pair. After having enough of the arguing I asked who i can file a formal complaint too, She replied with "ME" i said i didnt feel comfortable with that and she has to have someone she reports to or that supervises her. She said no I have to file a complaint only with her! I informed her that was not true because you can file with the BBB. Her response was well you can write to whoever you want to and still refused to inform me of the proper way to file a formal complaint. This was by far the WORSTTTTTT experience I HAVE EVER HAD! I can only hope other people dont have to go through the poor customer service I had too.

They behave as if they are forced to be there and they are doing you a favor.I tried to schedule an appointment for a later date in person but if felt more like I was inconveniencing them so I went else where.
