So disappointed with interaction with lady ( older blond hair lady ) who works at cold-cut area. It happened a longtime ago. But, After my wife had same interaction with same lady. I decided to write this review. I came to buy salami after I grabbed the salami I realized that I grabbed the wrong kind so I could remember exactly the location so I put back near other cold cuts. Lady was standing near me .She was irritated and told me. YOU SHOULD PUT IT BACK WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM". Its not appropriate to say to customer like that. I said " I don't work here I cant remember"

I had The Gathering Catering package at work last month. I normally don't care for a pinwheel, but Wegman's pinwheel with Caesar salad was delicious!!I enjoyed the nice lemony dressing with Romain lettuce. the mini croissant sandwiches had very good flavor. I am not big on finger food, but I couldn't get enough of it. I am definitely going to use them for catering from now on.

I love Wegman's, I grew up with them in NYS so have a long history with the brand.Husband and I visited on Sunday evening (5/21/23) which is our usual day/time to do our weekly grocery shopping. Experience was a bit disappointing. We shouldn't have to sit or lay down on the floor to reach products because the shelving units are so deep you can't reach the back of the shelf without laying down and there are only one or two left (looking at you Protein fortified Special K Cinnamon flavor, Campbell's Double Noodle Soup, Dole Fruit Cups, and a couple of other things). We also shouldn't have to realign multiple products on the shelf to determine if there are actually any of the flavor we want to purchase (say hello Kodiak Chocolate Chip Granola Bars and pretty much the entire chip aisle). Now it being Sunday night we expect a certain amount of disorganized products because Sunday shoppers come through like locusts, but this week was just beyond the normal level. We will no longer be risking injury to reach products, we will be requesting assistance from customer service in some of these cases (I'm sure a few times with customer service will take care of this issue.)

Feedback for the Wegmans Management Team to address. The pizza team was visibly unconcerned the night of 16 Dec 2022 between 1820-1900hrs. I walked up to the pizza counter and stood there in plain sight without being greeted, purposeful lack of eye contact. Pizza took 20 min more than stated. During pick up someone eventually addressed the woman whom was there prior to me. After that interaction the pizza team member walked away and totally ignore me until I waved them back. This isn't how any customer service team should operate. Resolution: Greet people (acknowledge their presence) and if busy, let them know you'll be with them soon. When you don't look up to ensure no eye contact is made, it's dismissive, rude, and off putting.

the florist is very rude and gives you an attitude that nobody asked for, i think her name was Carol and her manager Rob was sarcastic during my visit

so coming here a little reoccurring thing in the forefront of my head was this sort of continued joke or reality it being the military being comical (mil brats interaction the cost of their 'protection') so what's the joke really um i guess what i'd think of would be maybe my georgia experience that being like coworkers saying it's a pyramid scheme (even being cynical too while somewhat in captivity the indoctrination the complacency the spirit breaking) or a scam (the whole stupidity that others might point out to you like mil affiliates the sense of humor about everything)(see shaved head holocaust jokes or lots of those mean and gross lessons and the whole mentality to that like how stretched out clark gable can make sense as a condensed orwellian answer despite i think a gay rumor) or another would be the like ridiculousness right outside the gate is this unenlisted (or other forms of contract national guard ocs)(the whole pretty side to a army neighborhood too but seemingly no crossing the boundary or making friends for whatever reason i actually remember with my travels thinking it'd be cool to be hospitable or welcoming with others that stability but from bucknell um maybe logistics to not doing that on the mil base i could really viscerally see seattle with us navy being cool) spot and then too the slightly weird look of that like the civilian brand and their marketing (thinking of another was in georgia learning some modern worksman clothes like carhart or real tree the non mil men around the post for example it looking like grizzly and rough and bleek other words later learned 'swampy' barbaric is probably the word) people treat volunteers and veterans poorly also there's things like homelessness and stigma so it's a good time here um actually a great time i'd think of this place having a little bit of like a 'college' vibe like the cafeteria that does have some traffick um so the food bars are good on my second go around with the pseudo meal plan i am much more miserly (i'd see wings that look great but i'd assume the price is impossible so i'd opt for a medium sandwich combo or other offerings seemingly inaccessible for what ever reason yet to wondering how these other people manage)(that'd be a whole story in itself unfairness or another being hostage jokes prisoner of war jokes while there's different dictators or kings who have sexual advantage over junior soldiers basically and secret priviledges offpost or other rule breaking) um shopping here is good too there might be (as observed around all the different shopping store options) little differences and cool things available like i did have a good time with a kosher line of pickles um so more on it um so around here you'd basically need a car (which is somewhat of common knowledge) what i was getting at with that is that picture like non bohemian stuff like no bicyclist community here or getting around alexandria being distant stretches between stuff as opposed to some campuses so how to interact with the region um it's a chain there's another location in eisenhower um coming to these um well i'd feel somewhat held back for a lot of it like aging and being deteriorating freedom like some muslim tactic like 'meeting of the minds' um some new explanation having dealt with 'the war on terror' yeah really hitting the army notes on this the mission being someone telling you to what seems beyond stupid be directly sent to be an amputee for civilians who didn't like you calling your unit the undeserved complaints or unpaid debts (and inequality) and unkept offers so much of that bs americans doing memes of not liking military and using them like toilet paper um so coming here um it's pretty far away from some other stuff and in my later home owner logic it can seem rather pointless (these things that seemed like they were earned being blocked by ignorant annoying irritating others but then it can look even stupider with

The lines in this store are out of control. Plan to spend 15+ minutes in a line. No idea why they will not open more cashier when all 7 that are open have 8 to 10 individuals waiting. unbelievable and poorly managed is an understatement. Clean store though.

This location, is probably my favorite local Wegman's. The Asian lady working at the coffee bar is always super nice and proactive about giving great service. My favorite thing to do is order my small latte, and start shopping. I like to take my time. I came in today, a Saturday, around 8am. I'm always amazed by the customer service here. They always seem to have pretty much everything I need. This time though, I was shocked to see they were out of goat milk. I wonder why. Usually it's stocked to the very back. Anyways. This is my go-to. The other one I like, is the one in Fairfax. The one in Chantilly seems good too. So happy they've opened more of these.

This is a new location. And pretty disappointed to see there's no drink machine! I normally judge Wegmans on their hot bar quality and quantity. This is not possible post Covid, so I don't know. It felt a little crowded, but still new. Also, I couldn't see my shopping list, so off to Whole Foods.

Love this Wegman's. Great selection, great quality, great prices. The checkout staff are always friendly and the in-store staff is really good too. I tend to go early morning, so it's not packed, which helps. But nevertheless, I actually enjoy shopping here.

Who had the bright idea to rearrange the entire store during the holiday season in the middle of a pandemic? I used to be able to get in and out of there knowing where everything was. Last time we spent well over a half an hour just looking for certain items that were moved to the completely opposite side of the store. A terrible decision. This place has lost my business.

Great customer service from the staff and we love wegmans however the quality if people who shop here are inconsiderate, arrogant, and behave like spoiled brats.

Wegmans is a beautiful place to walk into. The fact that it’s a grocery store just puts the cherry on top. I love the bakery items and sushi counter. Even if they have sushi prepared, the sushi chef stops to make a fresh set of your choice. First class customer service and engagement every single time!!!
