I strongly recommend Leslie Rodriguez to anyone looking for a realtor in the Alexandria, Virginia area, and in particular for anyone considering a move into or out of the Montebello condominium community. In August of 2022 I decided to move from my existing Montebello condo to another unit in the same complex. Leslie guided me in making the winning bid on my new place and expertly handled the details of the purchase. I then put my old Montebello residence up for sale in October 2022, just as mortgage rates were soaring from 3% to 7%. This was an extremely tough and slow market. Leslie priced the unit, helped me prepare and stage it for showing, publicized its availability, and put in many, many hours over a four-month period to sell it at very close to the asking price. Her dedication, responsiveness, service, and optimism in a very challenging climate showed me that I had made an ideal choice in selecting her as my real estate professional. Gretchen did a fantastic job to find me my perfect townhouse. We viewed a number of properties on two separate days and she really tailored my options to make sure the properties I applied for would be good fits. I was moving into the area from a few hours away so it was great that she was willing to scout locations and drop off/pick up applications and certified checks from property management companies for me.

I recently worked with Weichert to quickly find a rental and they were excellent! I sold my house in DC quicker than expected and had to find a suitable rental and move in in less than 2 weeks. Wayne Silva worked tirelessly to find something that met my standards and that would allow my cats. He then went above and beyond in the negotiation process, which was exceedingly difficult and frustrating due to the ineptitude of the other side. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Wayne Silvia.

Andrea was an amazing realtor and really helped a last-minute move come together perfectly. No realtor was able to get back to me for a showing of my number one condo choice. Andrea dropped everything and made the showing happen at the eleventh hour, and ultimately helped me secure that condo for my move. She also made the unfamiliar territory of house hunting go very smoothly for me. After the showing when I had questions both about the condo and about the lease I was always able to contact her via text, and she would always give a timely response to my questions. Andrea helped make my move far less stressful than it could have been, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
