I was planing to open a personal account but Because of the famous sentense "we are taking custumers by oppointment only" wells fargo just lost a custumer, I know the branch employee dont care about it, but I hope corporate will see this comment and I am pretty sure I am not the first one to change the bank because of it.

There is very poor service and poor coordination, they make you wait and in the end they give you poor service without solving your problem.

I just had one of the worst experiences with a manager ever. I do not have the time for all the details but he was un-accommodating and un helpful. I have been to this bank on several occasions but try to avoid it because of a culture of rude and unhelpfulness

I am a local business owner who ran out of checks and needed to pay an employee directly. I've done this for other employees before at other banks and was told to go down the street to purchase a money order. Who has time for that? I am running a business. It's ridiculous. Why would I want to bank there on a regular basis when they are so many rules and little customer service?

First time I've been in a "ghetto" bank. I cash a check here and the change on the check was .98 cents. They asked me if I "needed the change" ...I was like what? The manager then says allright then have a good day?!? What kind of bank tries to keep the "change" when you cash a check? ...and literally try to hustle me out of it? F-ing horrible.

Don't go here very often because most of my banking I do online. Let me say, I haven't been thrilled with WF as a company. Working with them online or over the phone has been a big pain for the most part. This particular branch has always been awesome, though. Everyone is super helpful and polite. Wait times are moderate, but no one appears to be slacking. Never met nicer tellers or bank officers. Thanks!

My father was cheated! He came to this location to deposit $2,100 and then he asked to send $1,500 to El Salvador. They only deposited $600 and they never deposited the other part of the money but he did the transfer to El Salvador from my other money on my account. I filed a claim but they are refusing to check cameras. Also one of the manager call my father and was trying to put the fault on him. This is the worse on customer service. The teller is the worse and management don’t know what they are doing.
