Very slow tellers. They complete ALL transactions at a snail place. Also, the banker who was assisting me stopped 3x to help the other teller, which made the already long transaction even longer.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this branch with teller name Kelly barzi today, and I feel the need to share it so others are aware.
When I visited the Wells Fargo drive-thru window to deposit money and exchange $160 into $5 bills for my businessaccount, the bank teller immediately responded, “No, we can’t do that,” without even asking for details or clarifying what I needed. Her tone and attitude were extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel disrespected as a customer.
I have been to this branch before and understand that they do not exchange heavy coins at the drive-thru, but this was not a coin exchange request—it was a simple cash exchange. Yet, instead of handling the request professionally, the teller dismissed it outright.
When I asked to speak with the manager, there was hesitation, and after a few minutes, the manager (Halaha) came out and apologized on behalf of the teller, claiming that it was a misunderstanding. However, I made my request very clear from the beginning, so this was not a misunderstanding—it was an issue of poor service.
What made things worse was that the teller, instead of apologizing, stood next to the manager and glared at me with a disrespectful expression, as if she had done nothing wrong. I told the manager that I did not need her apology—I needed an apology from the teller who actually disrespected me and not trying to understand customers request. The manager then defended the teller, saying that since she (the manager) had apologized, the teller did not need to. This response was completely unacceptable.
To make matters even worse, the manager later claimed that I was the one being aggressive and loud, trying to shift the blame onto me. This was absolutely not true, and it was extremely frustrating to see them twist the situation in such a way.
This experience was beyond disappointing, and I expect much better service from a professional banking institution. If this kind of behavior happens again, I will escalate this issue further and ensure that proper actions are taken. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and proper service not dismissive and hostile treatment.
If this type of poor service and disrespectful attitude toward customers does not change, I may have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I do not want to leave this bank, but if they continue to treat customers like this, I will have to consider it.

I come to this Wells Fargo location a lot but today I was greeted by Kate. I got one of the most exceptional customer service. Within minutes I cashed my check, I withdrew some money, set up an appointment to open a savings account, and got my temporary checks printed, and I was mind blower by the service she provided. Shoutout to Kate.

I’m writing this as I stand in here this location in particular always gives me a hard time I can’t ever cash my check y’all pick and choose which documents yall accept last time I was here with my dad yall wouldn’t take a social you took a letter of mail and ID and now your saying your not taking it and as to the manager who was suppose to come out and cameOut and walk back into the door locking it count your days at your job

It is unacceptable that this branch does not answer its phone during regular hours. This country is falling to pieces if banks can't even answer urgent customer questions and needs. Absolutely ridiculous. For reference, I just called eight (8) times on a normal Thursday at non-rush times with no answer whatsoever. There is no reason or excuse for this breakdown of service. Disgraceful.

Terrible Custumer service.I was there for about 15 minutes. Nobody ask me why i was there .Then i decided to ask for help one cashier told me that the person who is going to help me will be here soon . After another 15 minutes she never come . I waist 30 minutes at that location.I was the only person on the waiting area for 30 minutes, i can’t believe that nobody was able to even ask if i need help with something.!!!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a bank.. two things to keep in mind, they don’t accept cash to be deposited into a third party personal acct, and they can’t look up the account number using debit card #- not sure if this is a true WF rule or it was this particular Manager not wanting to go the extra mile.. regardless , when I was finally able to go back to the bank for the third time (check to be deposited instead of cash, and specific account #), I got there at 440pm, 5min later there were 4 other people behind me in line, then 3 tellers decided to close down their stations leaving a single teller to finish the rest of the line at 450pm… this was the worst WF impression , I don’t see myself having an account there ever.. do not recommend.

I’m just saying check your employees how hard working they are please check your cameras almost 8 employees just 2 of them are working the rest just west of time people waiting on the line for ever.
