Like many people im absolutely fed up with Wells Fargo and all these “changes” they keep making to my account and all their “fees”. Been banking with them for years and I can’t take their “stuff” anymore. Absolutely infuriating having to always call and go in and fix their mistakes and not ever receive the proper help. Today I was helped by a woman who told me I needed my primary account holder present in order to make changes to my account. But of course she was wrong and wasted my time by making the most unneeded trip ever so thank you to you especially :). Literally no need for my primary to be there as she wasn’t even spoken to further showing this bank is the worst lol. LITERALLY GO TO ANY OTHER BANK! This one is NOT worth it at all. Closed my account and i’m happy to say good riddance and I hope wells fargo shuts down for good as they are well known for being the worst with its own customers. AKA the lawsuit they got hit with lol.No surprise that I STILL had issues with how my account was closed. Was misinformed by Preeti and made me waste a trip to the bank for no reason. Thanks a lot you guys have a common theme here.

Been to this bank multiple times because ive been a wells fargo client since wachovia. This bank always has a reason you cant meet with their banker. Today, apparently the ONE banker working, was booked with appointments ALL DAY. This woman was in her office with nobody. Came out and grabbed some papers from the printer and went back into her office. No need to lie about being booked if youre just too busy for your customers and understaffed.

This is the worst bank I have ever visited. The "manager" was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered, regarding banking. I am closing my WF accounts tomorrow.

Made an appointment to get some papers signed a few days ago. I receive text notification confirming my appointment. When I arrived the notary, with whom I made the appointment, had no idea what I was talking about and we couldn't even do the appointment because everyone else who could count as a witness and also sign the documents had left. Supposedly, everyone with an appointment was called to let them know that they were short staffed, but I was not.

Absolutely worst bank I ever been to. Stood in line for 10mins to make a simple deposit. Once I got to the counter the Asian guy told me he's to busy and for me to make a deposit at the atm. What a idiot! If I wanted to go to the atm I wouldn't be waiting in line!!! I swear they find these employees off Craigslist!!

I have a business account with this bank, I have had a bad experience trying to exchange currency for my business. An employee sent me to do the line in the drive thru. I waited more than 15 minutes and when I went to the teller, she sent me to line again outside the bank for 13 more minutes. As a business woman, the least I want is to waste my time. They need more training to avoid making these mistakes.

I have had a credit card account with them over 10 years now. I see most recently that they have got my APR so high that with the minimum payment they set me up on, I am barely paying anything off. I had closed my bank account with them years ago after they let the government seize $700 from me without even letting me know and when I went to them they did not care. They are lucky I got my money back. Wells Fargo is only interested in making money and does not care about you.

Unfortunately the young black guy at the doors always lies about help in the bank. I had fraud on my card so I had to get a temporary card back in September. He tells me there are no bankers at the moment. I said I will wait. He then says well we are about to close in 15 min no one will be available and I told him I will wait. He keeps going on and on trying to convince me to come back the next day. He lied the banker was in her office no one was in there. So I lost my card had to get another temporary card I go to the same bank. Same black guy tells me I can't get no help. I need an appointment. I'm like I didn't need an appointment the last time. He says I need one. He says no banker is available and I said I will wait. He says go have a seat. I waited for a while and said forget and went down to the other Wells Fargo on Richmond HWY near Walmart. Everyone is nicer.

Absolutely thee most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Non-existent customer service, the employees and managers are so lazy they refuse to exert any effort whatsoever to assist a customer. They basically make up lies to cover up their total lack of effort. On top of that they have the most inane business practices you could imagine. I set up a business account and was told that there was a limit on how much money I could DEPOSIT every month. A bank actually telling me "We don't want too much of your money, and if you make more money than the deposit limit you have to put that in another bank". I posed that statement to the person setting up my account and his response was "Yes, that is exactly correct." When I asked why, neither he nor his manager could concoct an explanation. That should have been the clue to run away as fast as possible, but I needed to set up an account immediately and didn't have the time that day to go anywhere else...and I have been paying for the mistake ever since, till today, GOOD RIDDANCE WELLS FARGO. I recommend NAVY FEDERAL, outstanding customer service and people willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They like to say they are the "New Wells Fargo", after their fraudulent escapades a few years ago, but they are exactly the same, they are in it solely for Wells Fargo and not their customers.

Terrible customer service. Received some mail saying to verify a payment account. The gatekeeper acted like she couldn't and didn't want to help me. If you don't like your job then why work there? Now I have to go to another location because of 1 bad employee.

The Branch Manager was awesome. Very hands on and detail oriented. I needed to see someone but I didn't have an appt. She understood my concerns not being able to go to my other bank at the time. I wasn't at any of my normal Wells Fargo location. I love how she conducts business and her staff was awesome. It felt really good going inside a bank and feeling welcome. The atmosphere was amazing. I haven't felt that in a long time. Thank you so much for helping me and going further to make sure I was satisfied.
