Worst service ever. Asked to speak to a manager and we were told everyone is busy. Employees just standing around. Manager passed right in front of us and never even acknowledged that we were there waiting for almost 45mins.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for about 13 years now, since I was a teenager. Today I tried to deposit a $10,000 check from my grandmother but she forgot to put the name. The teller looked at me with disdain thinly veiled by a fake smile and blatantly asked me if I wrote the check myself—essentially accusing me of check fraud. I returned after having my grandmother sign my name and another teller assisted me, but both seemed to regard me with hesitation and skepticism… as if I was some sort of thief. As if I am stupid enough to commit check fraud for that amount (which would very easily be caught). Extremely unprofessional and offensive, especially when I have regularly deposited thousands at once over the last 13 years of loyal banking with Wells Fargo. I will be switching banks ASAP.

Needed to cash a check. Went to the drive through window and saw I would have to go inside. No more drive through business. I’m handicapped and going in is very difficult and there was no place to park. Ended up going to Springfield Plaza where they have drive through.

I'm getting upset because of the way she spoke badly to me and yelled at me. I felt very bad and offended by the treatment. She doesn't deserve that position. I'm a costomer and she talks to me like that. Her name is Feven Key. The system was broken and she treated me badly.

On 02/23/2024 I went to this bank to withdraw money from my account with my child in the drive thru at around 3:30pm and I met this teller by the name Zahra Ahmadi the moment she saw me no good afternoon or say hi as she looked at me and I asked her for withdrawal slip which she handed to me and ignored me completely for almost 15-20 minutes and I called her and asked can I get service and her reply was I am busy doing other paperwork and park your car and come inside the office and I said I have been waiting here for several minutes and are you telling me to come inside now after waiting several minutes and my child with me very tired because she just finished school wants to go home quick and I am in rush as well. She gave me a look and didn’t bother her at all. I asked her for a supervisor which she didn’t want to call ignored me but our conversation got heated then the supervisor finally came she apologized me for my inconvenience but didn’t say anything about the teller but she handed my transaction. I was very disappointed and called to cooperate office reported the incident the same day but I haven’t heard anything so far. I am almost over 30 years client since first union and nothing happened to me this way now I am considering switching banks unless action taken to this lady. What killed me the most my child witnessed this and the lady abused me waisted my time and saying at the end sarcastically saying thank you for coming with fake smile when her supervisor present.

A very bad bank. Once I applied for a job as a teller, part-time Teller job, They mentioned in the advertisement that they only wanted high school, they did not want experience. Then a one recruiter called me and talked to me for half an hour or an hour, and after that she promised me that we would talk to you soon to set the date for the interview , and on the same day. They send me an email telling me, “You are not qualified and do not deserve this job. We have chosen someone with experience, even though they did not ask for any experience in the job advertisement. This is deception, lies, and misleading. I do not accept it. This has led to nepotism and nepotism. By God, I will not remain silent. I have submitted.” For a part-time teller position, the job does not require experience. After that, they sent me an email and I scheduled a phone interview with them. Today, they sent me an email and told me, “We have canceled the phone interview appointment. By God, I will not remain silent about this mockery. I will complain to this bank. God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.”

Service is improved. Renovations are geared to getting customers through the service line quickly. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.

No wonder why this branch has very low rating, I had the worst experience with the banker named Antonio S. I just asked for a letter as proof that had a transaction. And he started interupting me with "we cant do nothing for you " repeatdly, this is definitly not the way to talk to client. I told him that i had this letter done before he started giving the "uff" "uff" like he was doing me a favor just to talk to me. And this wat at 9.30 am not even late afternoon . Very rude I am not sure why the main company is not doing anything about these behaviours. They should definitly set a lot of training to how to talk to clients, to their employees.

Soooo sloooow, be prepared to wait at least 12 minutes. On top of that you're not taken in the turn in which you are in line. Horrible service!

Every time I’m here at this branch, wait long time and not solve problems and have to leave and go to other branch. Never come back this branch again.
