So glad I switched to T-Mobile for my home Wi-Fi. Used Xfinity for years as I thought they had a virtual monopoly on WiFi service in our area. Apparently there are other options, folks! They are overpriced, and our Wi-Fi speeds were terrible and no where near what they claimed my plan was. T-Mobile didn’t need to have an installer come to my home and doesn’t need a coaxial cable. The installer had to drill holes in my drywall and leave so many unsightly cables in my home. Now all of that was for nothing since T-Mobile’s device was just a plug in to my regular outlet and it was ready to use. My Wi-Fi is much faster now and I only pay $30/month (with T-Mobile’s own modem/router included in that price). Xfinity tried to blame my own modem for my slow network speeds, and then wanted to charge me $15/month (on TOP of my internet service fees) just to rent their modem. Awful service, will never switch back to them if I have a choice. Go with T-Mobile or literally any other option you have. Lots of neighbors in our Alexandria condo building are switching to T-Mobile, and I only regret not knowing about them and switching sooner. Wi-Fi network is so much faster and more stable. Also, Xfinity imposes data limits on HOME WI-FI networks—what’s the point of having home Wi-Fi when it operates just like a cellphone data plan? It’s ridiculous to limit people’s data usage on a home Wi-Fi plan. T-Mobile has none of that nonsense. This whole company is a complete scam—go literally anywhere else for your home Wi-Fi needs.

My experience with customer service at this store has been absolutely terrible. I went there to upgrade my phone, and Rakim ordered the wrong one. A simple, careless mistake that has spiraled into a complete disaster situation, since i was planning to trade in my old phone, and can neither get a new phone or replace the old one because they have no idea how to fix the return. At each step, i have been lied to, treated with indifference and hostility, and still, two weeks later, have not been offered a solution. The people here do not care. I would recommend turning elsewhere for your services.Shortly after I posted this review, the below comment was left, linking to a chat that is supposedly providing customer service. An hour later, that chat has gone unchecked and unanswered. Another example of the indifference and dismal customer service from xfinity.

Avoid this store at all costs. Employees indifferent to helping customers and they are more interested in watching the football game on Television and discussing what time they get off work. Clearly no manager on duty.

Store is so inefficient in management and they way they run things. Wait times are completely excessive. Do better Comcast corporate and fix this store.

It is unfortunate that there are so many negative reviews, but I have to say my husband and I actually had a fantastic experience at this Xfinity location. We worked with Elise Atkins who greeted us the moment we walked in and explained the available special for internet. She was professional, informative, patient and kind and helped us get signed up. The entire process was quick and we are very happy with our service!

Xfinity is a giant rip-off. Last straw was finding out I was paying for a phone line I never asked for. They will lower your rate if you call them out. However, be prepared to see your rates slowly creep up again. Also, you can't cancel their service without calling them and getting a "please don't go" speech.Best feeling was dropping off the equipment at the store. Bye bye, Comcast!

Xfinity nevers fails to disappoint me. Waited 40 minutes for an exchange that took 5 minutes. Customer service is terrible and it's unfortunate they are the only Internet provider for my apartment. Avoid this place and company if at all possible.

A wonderful establishment ! Very professional, efficient and nice. Great customer service too! Adam really hooked my sister up with her Wi-Fi and phone service. I definitely recommend their business!
