Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.

Absolute best experience... several shops in the area are notorious for charging unfair prices. Their buy 4, get free replacement for 40,000 miles is the kind of peace of mind I need. I think its owned and ran by a father/son duo, and they're honesty, and fair prices will definitely always keep me coming back.

I recently had the tires on my car serviced at xtreme Tire Shop and was very satisfied with the quick, friendly, and affordable service. The staff was courteous and able to get me in and out in under an hour. They explained the tire options clearly and helped me select new tires within my budget. My car now drives smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend xtreme Tire Shop for all your tire needs. Their skilled technicians, reasonable prices and fast service make them my go-to for tire maintenance and replacement.

10/10 would recommend. The customer service was absolutely incredible. I actually cancelled my appointment at another place because of the amount of attention to detail and customer satisfaction that Xtreme offered. If they don’t have what you want in stock they will order it for you on the spot and get your car looking great within the week. They got me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. I already recommended this place to others that need new tires.

I had an exceptional experience with this small but efficient business. The personal attention we received both on the phone and in the shop was phenomenal. Great customer service. We had a lot of questions, they had all the answers. They even asked us questions to be sure we had covered all the bases. My order was received in one day and within 30 minutes of our arrival, they had completed the work and we were on our way. We have many more ideas for upgrades and will be dropping by again. Excellent experience.

Nice shop. It is small but very clen and the customer service is fantastic. I had them swap my 5 Jeep Rubicon stock wheels for 5 custom wheels which I did not buy from them. I found them by accident as the big box tire sellers did not have the equipment and skill to unmount my tires from the stock wheel to the custom wheels. They both claimed tires are mounted to custom wheels from behind.These guys unmounted, mounted, balanced, and installed my tires and wheels in an hour. They also gave me a bottle of water while I waited for the work to be completed.I will recommend this shop, but be warned, the prices are not as competitive as the big box tire guys.The work is solid!

I have replaced several sets of tires at Xtreme Tire and have been consistently impressed with the quality of work, reasonable prices, and prompt service. On my latest visit, they identified that the hub assembly and lug bolts were stripped. They showed me the issue, provided their assessment of the cause, and urged a fast repair (beyond the scope of their shop so there was no upsell). Khan and Mohammed run a genuine small business with all of the personal touches and none of the frustrations from dealing with one of the national corporate chains. The prices are very reasonable and include mounting, balancing, and labor. The last set of tires I purchased there also included a generous roadside hazard policy, which adds even more value to the purchase for my uses. Finally, they work fast and efficiently. Every time I have gone to Xtreme Tire for service, I have been in and out in less than an hour. I drove past this shop on Richmond Hwy so many times over the years and never thought twice about it, but now that I have experienced the service, they are my go-to tire shop. 5-stars, strongly recommend.
