Beware if you hand over your credit card to the attendant...I did and now I have over 10 fraudulent charges on my account. I used to love coming here to get my car washed here but I'm not coming back after that.

Just exceptional results. I paid for the Yates signature interior and exterior automotive detail which went for $250. Dropped it off at 6:30am and it was ready at 6:30pm. The car looks immaculate - I'm tempted to say better than new but I'll stop short. The care that was put into cleaning and dressing everything is obvious and well executed. Not a single streak, not a single hard water drop. Just gleaming paint, windows, rubber and metal. A very satisfied customer!

I had my first visit to this car wash yesterday and they did a phenomenal job. The staff was very friendly and helpful with determining the wash I needed. I personally want to thank Roxana for being very attentive to catch the problem areas of the car and attention to detail overall and Carolina for her friendly help.

I just had my Tesla washed and detailed by Lorena and Susie and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Very quick and VERY clean. Great job. Highly recommend. Come early in the mornings as they tend to get busy in the afternoon.

So bummed! We’ve been coming to this car wash for years! Love the service and employees work so very hard. When the ultimate car wash went from $22 to $38, we still would support their business as we loved not having to worry about adding washing our car to our to do list for the weekend. Last week though, I’m starting to rethink this decision. Paid for the ultimate $38 car wash, but asked if someone could wipe a chocolate smear off passenger seat. I kept forgetting to wipe it off after a passenger was eating a chocolate dessert in my car and made a small mess. They said that would be $45 & I agreed, thinking that was the total. When I got to the cashier, the total came to $83 (Ultimate wash PLUS $45 to wipe a small smear of chocolate off seat??) I asked cashier about it & she said it was correct and maybe I needed a full detail, which I did not because I keep the inside fairly clean with no kids and no pets. We understand that the cost of living has increased dramatically but this seemed way over the top. After I tipped my person, I was out almost $100. Wth! Drove away and guess what? Chocolate smear was still on the passenger seat. Might be time to find a new car wash after years supporting this business. So bummed. ?Service: Auto detailing

Great service for a good deep cleaning. I have dog hair and a messy kid so my car gets wrecked with debris. So I go there and get a good ultra cleaning on the inside and I am always happy. My personal go to lady is Fatimah. Good attention to detail and she always gives it an extra push to make sure a good job is done. Pro tip: tip them as they work hard cleaning our messes and they will remember you!

Customer service has always been wonderful when I come here. Beatriz was very helpful and super nice. She asked me to look at the car to see if she needed to clean anything else. I told her everything looked good.

Lorena did an amazing job. She was great at making sure all parts of the car were wiped down and vacuumed. Windows were spotless. She made my car look new again. Highly recommend getting service done by her.
