I brought my car—a family treasure—into Yates Collision to have the side mirror repaired, and they did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the mirror looks like new. Rhonda was incredibly helpful throughout the process—communicative, kind, and clearly invested in making sure everything went smoothly. As a bonus, they returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off, which was a wonderful surprise! Grateful for the care and pride they put into their work. Highly recommend.

Manager Rhonda Johnson is amazing. She listened to my long explanations of my minor bumper problem and showed me how to fix it for no charge. She walked me through the cause and the options in case the issue persists. I will be returning for any auto body work that I need in the future.

I had some minor damage to my new car and my insurance company recommended Yates. I had a great experience at this autobody shop, starting with the phone call and speaking with Rhonda! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me updated on the damage and how to best fix it. They made everything easy and stress-free. Fantastic service! My car was ready for pick up as promised and everyone I interacted with was so easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. The best part was picking my car up on a Saturday and getting to chat with Rhonda - she walked around my car with me to make sure I was completely satisfied!
