“Usually have a very good experience here but today I purchased some of their new caramel whipped cream, but upon getting it home and attempting to open it and try it, the item was defective and it wouldn’t come out the bottle. I’m not exactly sure why maybe the nozzle was broken or it had gotten frozen somehow but I couldn’t use the product whatsoeve. They couldn’t take it back because it had been opened even though it was defective And while as a business owner, I understand that policy I think if the item was defective, there should at least be compensation.”
