Quiet, clean, open 24/7, 365 days. Nice machines for work outs, well maintained. Tanning available. Group classes offered. Locker room and rest rooms clean. Silverscript accepted for older adults with insurance. I recommend this gym!

My husband and I really like this gym. We've been to lots of gyms in our lives, and I'd say this is one of the best! Locally owned and operated, no nonsense, simple fees, plenty of equipment, clean, and great people. We never have to wonder if we'll make it on time because it's 24/7/365.

This is a newer gym in Altavista. It's smaller but still has most of the equipment you would find in a bigger more established gym. If you wanna support small business and also get mad gains definitely check this place out.

I definitely recommend Vista Fitness. They have all the equipment like a large gym but that small local gym feeling. It’s such a welcoming place, don’t get the feeling like you’re being watched/judged while working out. I’ve been to several different gyms and nothing compares to Vista Fitness.

Joining a gym was something I never thought I could do. I’ve always feared judgement from others at the gym, but Vista Fitness is totally the opposite. I’ve never felt less than anyone else there and the staff is always willing to help or answer any questions when needed. I am so thankful I took this step and joined when I did to help me get through this health journey that I’m on. I highly recommend Vista Fitness!

Being a fairly new resident to Altavista, I’ve been happy to find Vista Fitness. It’s a great clean facility for all your workout needs. It’s a bonus they also having tanning beds. Go talk to Justin if you’re interested in getting started and he’ll be glad to help.
