If your mail carriers continue to open my packages instead of just delivering them like it's their JOB to do I will start waiting at the mail box so I can inspect each delivery in person, so I can ask then personally why the felt the need to pilfer through my belongings.

A package was not delivered because of incorrect addressing. I have spoken with 2 clerks, a supervisor, and the post master. They have all been polite, professional, taking the time and making every effort to locate and redirect my package. A great group, doing a great job. Hard to find in any government agency

Tracy was very helpful on Friday. She helped me sent out four packages of homemade Christmas cookies to relatives across the country ( CA, WI,IL,VA). While one package was successfully delivered on Monday in San Francisco, the other three have yet to arrive. USPS tracking says one package was delivered in Richmond, but the security camera at the residence recorded no such delivery.

The gal @ the PO was not only helpful but so nice. So many PO have rude employees but not in Amherst!

We went to get our passports and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We thought it was going to take much longer, but it was a very smooth, quick process! Great job to the staff at the Amherst USPS!
