I went to this store for an early upgrade on nov 28 rep in store said he would ship my old phone back no problem this month the old phone showed up on my bill now in 3 days my account will be disconnected because their rep apparently stole my phone instead of shipping it back DO NOT UPGRADE IN STORE matter fact don’t use this store at all this is completely unacceptable

Useless tells us to call 611 to get a free replacement of a defective apple iphone that is less than 2 mo the old. They then try to charge me $200 dollars to replace the phone. The store is useless for anything but making a commission on selling a new phone to someone. Cannot even speak to someone who speaks English on the 611 which is absolutely ridiculous if they do not understand what's going on.

Rudest 2 guys in the store . I had talk to Verizon customer care on the phone they told me to go in store & when I got to the store they directed me to call customer service I tired to tell them I did , they were very nonchalant & not willing to help . The reason I decided to leave Verizon anyways after being a customer for 7 years ..

Wait at least 30 minutes or more trying to get help took me over a hour and a half just to pay a bill and had to go back days later because the bill never showed that I paid it and forget ever trying to reach someone.
