I can't say enough about the excellent service provided at the Amisssville CubeSmart. Storage units were clean and secure. The parking units were nicely laid out and easy to get your trailer in and out. Scott and Ashley were always on hand and always took care of any questions or needs that arose. Online accounts were set up for ease in making payments and tracking your month-to-month use. The truck that was available for assisting and moving any items was a lifesaver! And easy to reserve and obtain. This is an excellent storage location and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who is needing storage unit services.

The guy that works a Cube Smart called me after I signed up and asked if I had any questions. Answered all my questions pleasantly and professionally. Made me feel good about using them as a storage facility. Thanked me for choosing them and said I could call anytime if I had any issues or questions. The unit was easy to get to and there was a good area to park and unload. The welcome bag with the lock and instructions was inside the storage unit as stated. Was happy to see the lock package was already cut open because those darn blister packs are a pain to open. The unit was/is clean. Having a security gate is a plus as it makes me feel safe.

Very detailed and cared about our needs. He was meticulous to ensure that he finished up our request to ensure the container was easier to use with the lock. He left us a message saying what he did and how to retrieve our keys.

Ashely and Scott were attentive and answered all my questions, I did my rental contract online and they had my locks and a welcome bag sitting in the unit waiting for me! Ashely also went out of her way to explain the sizes of the smaller units bc I ended up needing two! Thanks a lot for all the help especially when moving is already stressful!

The folks at this CubeSmart self storage are great. They are kind and friendly and very easy to work with. The facility is clean and gated. The rates are reasonable. I would recommend this facility.
