I was helped today by Amir, he was really helpful and I was able to upgrade my phone & do a trade in within a timely manner. The customer service was outstanding, He was so nice & very helpful! I’d recommend him if you were to go in and upgrade, or anything.

Hello.
Walfred was very helpful. He helped us to accomplish what we want. We get a new phones and the time he promised us.
Early on a text message I made a mistake instead to press number five I press number one type mistake. Other than that we are happy to be with AT&T and happy to have Walfred helping us. Great smile great Customer Service.

Stay away. Store is filled with lies and scams. Promised many things, just to lock you in the trade in contract. First responders steer clear from this company not worth the discount nor the headaches it'll lead you to. Regret the moment I left T-Mobile, really surprised this company hasn't been sued, with their back ally tactics. TRUST ME DO NOT MOVE PHONE COMPANIES.
