It’s Monday there is only one teller it’s took me 45 min to get to my turn. They shouldn't be in business it’s not fair to wait for 45 min to drop a check. Bad experience I will never come here again

I was looking at the reviews and it looks like the management at BB&T or Truist do not and have not read the reviews (which goes back a decade)!!! Because this branch continues to operate at a 2 Star level, and continues to provide bad/slow/rude service ??♂️

This is the first time I have ever known that you cannot exchange money while you are in the bank - i gave out a bunch of $1 bill and ask if I can exchange my $1 bill to $10 bill but she stated that she cannot exchange it- it need to be deposited into account

If you need paper work or a notarization or anything other than deposit/withdraw at this bank, DO NOT make an appt through their website. Even though there is a space on the website to provide details of the service you need, they don't read it and you will arrive at the bank to find that there is no manager, or no one who can do a medallion notarization, or something equally inconvenient. They will expect you to just go home and call around to other branches until you find what you need. Do not expect service from this branch -- or any other, really.

The Front desk/reception lady was very curt and rude with me. Especially for being the first impression of this branch, I did not feel very welcomed at all.

Wanted to cash a check and BB&T wanted to charge me $8 because I don’t have an account with them. This is a DISSERVICE to their own customers!
