My mom usually gets her eye brows here and so she decided to treat me to a spa day (mani/pedi) . We arrived at 4:30 pm due to them saying they were taking walk ins . My mom just wanted a French manicure . After starting on my mom, they said no no let's do your daughter first because it will be quicker . Once I got to the table, I was asked what color I wanted . I stated I wanted a manicure with clear polish . The lady began to file my nails which took her less than a minute then began to rub lotion ( dollar tree quality) on my hands while asking me if if I wanted my nails buffed for $5 more . She answered for me by saying " yes buff good" I said yes, bringing my total up to $29. She then buffed my nails which took no more than two minutes . Not a single coat of clear nail polish as I asked . I would not mind paying $29 if she at least pretended to care or want to do her job the slightest bit. I then returned to the seats with my mom and it was about 6:15.... Still nobody working on her nails . We eventually paid for my nails and walked out and went to Love nails which is only a few stores down who provided fantastic service

Beyond WHAT ??? They don’t even do proper basic services. For a nail salon they cut my nails unevenly. They don’t do CLEANSING AT ALL! Dipping your feet and hands in water isn’t cleansing. Never going back to a rip off place like this.Services: Manicures

AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE, PLEASE !!!1) they don’t do proper cleaning for pedi. I was waiting and watching what they would to mani. All they did was dip my hands in a room temperature water and just cut the nails. How is that cleaning ?2) god knows what kind of a rush they were in. They did everything so fast that by the end I felt like I could have done it better at home.3) the quality of products. The products they were using were completely terrible and the colors turn out COMPLETELY different to what I’ve picked initially.And they are OVERPRICED!!!

It hurts me to have to write a negative review of this place. I love them for their pedicures!But, this review is really about their waxing which was one star quality. My bikini wax had several hygiene issues. First of all, the technician did not use gloves! Secondly, she reused the same tongue depressor stick and double dipped in the wax. So, think about how many other customers' skin bacteria is being placed on your skin. Super grossed out by the entire experiencePlus, the wax job itself was pretty terrible. So many missed hairs. She had poor technique and missed a lot.But, I've never had a hygiene issue with their nail services! Therefore, maybe it's a knowledge issue? I think I will stick to legitimate waxing salons and spas for waxes in the future

I have been going to this salon for years and have always had a good experience. This place is clean, service is great, and prices are on par with other nearby nail salons. I would highly recommend Heidi as does a great job, and is overall friendly and thorough. Recommendations are a must during the pandemic, and temperature taking and masks are required.
