Horrible service the manager is even rude well thats if she ever was I asked to speak with the manager and she said it was her furthermore she was upset she lied about a price I caught her in a lie then lied about a special I should’ve received not to mention it was 7:30 and she was closing the store down hanging with friends in the seating area and trying to leave early!!! i do not recommend!

The lady refuse to help because I had a question about my service rather than starting a new account. She was eating the entire time and she was rude. She does not speaks English. Do not recommend.

I tried to get new service from boost mobile at this location and Maria was short and rude with me and unable to sign new service up with boost. She would not transfer our service to boost. Don't waste your time trying to get new service set up here.

Called prior to going into store to make sure there would be no issues in switching our service from Straight talk to boost and to port our old numbers with us. Was told this is easy and can be done no problem. Get to the store we were immediately told by Maria that they do not take any customers from straight talk, she's never heard of them and she has no idea what it means to "port" your old phone number. I asked her a few times to make sure we were both understanding correctly. Again was told boost doesn't deal with Straight talk and we cannot get new service with Boost. I promptly called another store and was told there is no issue and they have no idea why I was told that. They deal with straight talk all the time. This store owner or manager should know ASAP that Maria is literally chasing new customers right out of the door.

The girl in the guy at this Boost Mobile store have always gone above and beyond in trying to help me set up my phone and adjust my phone and take out the Kinks surely they are the best I have ever experienced

The employees here are useless. My phone broke and when I went to the store to get a replacement, the doors were locked and the lady working there said it was closed. I got my replacement phone the next day and when I returned to the store, the same employee told me it would cost $37 to activate my new phone. Then she started talking badly about me in Spanish to another customer. Too bad for her, I speak Spanish too. I got my phone activated for free from home too. She is a terrible employee and should get fired.

I went to pay my phone bill and it was around 3:00 pm and the door ? was locked and lights were turned off i looked at the hour's of operation and it said they don't close till 8pm so then I looked through the window and 2 employee's were sitting at the counter eating a girl and a man they both looked at me and didn't even bother on getting up and coming to the door I looked at the door and they had a sign written on lunch will return at 3:45pm aww that's why to late for lunch time and it's an inconvenience to us customers I will never go back to that boost store it was my first impression and my last impression of them
