  It's deceptive that they advertise one lower price on their electric sign and and a higher price on a small sigh on the ground. They tell you that the smaller price is for cash payment only not for the cash equivalent debit card payment. Pretty sleazy.

  Ridiculously slow pumps, don’t know when the last time the filters were changed. Give yourself a extra time. An electric car will charge faster then you pumping gas to full.

  I'd love to know why six men are gambling while the attendant has the doors locked and won't attend to patrons.

  Edit: I appreciate the quick response from BP so I bumped the stars up by two.
  
  I spent over an hour trying to reach this station by phone but eventually had to drive back to look for my missing item. Frustrating.

  None of the scanners work so can't use Harris Teeter file points. That was the only reason we came here.

  A busy location in McLean. Odd that BP is usually competitive price wise for gasoline. In other parts of the DC area, for some reason BP is almost always higher cost. This station on the corner, is a solid bet if you're heading into DC. Other stations are a lot more money.The station itself isn't pretty. Amazed the yuppies of McLean aren't screaming about it's appearance. Yet pulling up my truck, I'll save a few bucks going in here. You may have a small line, but can't complain about having some of your wallet left. The convenience store isn't all that. Friendly employees and it's been here a long time.

  This place needs an update. None of the card machines at the pumps work, some of the pumps don't even work and they're all dirty or look like they've been on fire recently. Is BP not making enough money to keep their franchisees up to date? It's not a good look. Crazy stuff...

  I only come here because they participate in my VIP rewards program and getting a few cents off of gas these days is worth it. However, you can't get a receipt without going inside! They told me that all of the receipt machines were broken! Since they had worked a month ago, so either they all broke around the same time or the man was lying! If he's not lying, why havent they fixed the machines. Who has time to go inside and wait on line for a receipt? What can a roll of receipt paper cost them? 1/2 a penny per person? Not cool!

  Pumps are really old, the signage on how to insert cards are confusing. The price displayed on the sign is different than on the pumps, until you start pumping.

  This gas station that is very conveniently located with two entrances/exits access. They have plenty of fuel pumps & you can either pay outside at the pump or inside at the cashier. They have window cleaner available for your convenience to wash you windows while you pump & there is also a little shop inside They are open seven days a week from 7am-10pm.

  I can't believe I'm reviewing a gas station but this place is so terrible I had to. Half their pumps are always out of order and there's no way to tell which ones so you just keep pulling around to new ones, swiping your card, and hoping it lets you pump gas rather than telling you to talk to the useless attendant.The only thing that brings me back is that it's the closest place to use Harris teeter points so ends up being a default when I don't plan a better location to use them.

  Really Bad customer service They charged me twice on my card because supposedly the machine did not work and I paid them cash they said come back tomorrow and when I return, the very rude cashier did not help me in anything that was his first day which was a lie, he did not know the name of the manager who had no number and in the end gave me a false number. lie and lie he only said , he Don’t know his name !!!
