If I could give a zero I would, these flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, when they failed to deliver them, I called the next day, letting them know I would not be able to receive the flowers and they said they would have them delivered on Thursday. Come Thursday, the flowers did not arrive and when I called them they suddenly said they would need to be picked up and I would not be issued a refund because they “had been ready for three days”. Why offer delivery if you are uncapable of delivering on time. My bank is now getting involved and they will be giving us a refund regardless. Do not expect honest and prompt delivery or service from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered a Teleflora Aqua Allure Bouquet-Premium for my wife and did not receive what was advertised. The description and picture online are drastically different than what was actually delivered. Upon contacting the store I was met with a littany of excuses, with the best one being that the designer used a higher quality vase. I do not reccomend this florist.

Going to purchase a standard Blue Horizon arrangement for my mothers birthday. I called the number listed on Apple Maps to ask some questions in regards to the different options and the lady that picked up the phone was super unprofessional, was not as eager as I was to be talking to her. I asked if I could go in store and pick them up (bc ofc I want to see what flowers will be used before I take them) she told me there is not an option to pick up in store. I will update when flowers are received.

I ordered the Always on My Mind - Long Stemmed Red Roses and a Mylar balloon for my wife to be delivered for Valentine's Day. This is the product that was delivered ($12 fee) with roses already in bloom and beyond for $60. My wife thought it was a little strange there was no baby's breathe in the arrangement but I assumed that based on the picture. She also noted there was no flower food. Note the $5.99 balloon not in the picture as it wasn't delivered. I completely forgot I even ordered one until I happened to look at the receipt days later. Lack of quality and accountability of items ordered tell me that I'm not a valued customer for this business. As a result, I'll likely seek other florists in the future.

I tried to support a local flower shop and immediately regretted it. Terrible! Please do not order flowers from this place. Very unprofessional I called to ask for the status of my order the lady told me she is too busy to check and will let me know later and then hung up on. I called again and she then screamed at me for "clogging up her phone line" because other customers could be calling. Stay away from this place!

Worst place to shop, I ordered the bouquet of flowers to be delivered during business hours, through them and they didn't deliver it. when I called the store, the lady told me that they already deliver the bouquet and hang up on me. when called again she never answer the phone. I thing for sure i will never give my business to Buckingham florist.

I know my friends paid a lot for this bouquet but the flowers were not fresh at all. Looked nice with colors but drooping and some wilted already day 2! Stems were slimy and completely overfilled with greens. Cleaned it up myself. Very disappointing and will not use this place.

I can’t thank them enough! I called at 5:30 pm today to get Mother’s Day flower arrangement delivered to my mom. Not only did they accept my order, mind your so close to their close time, they did a fabulous job with the flower arrangement. I just did the designers choice and my mom loved the flower arrangement. The flowers were fresh and the vase was super cute. Highly recommend.Bonus, they accept Canadian credit cards ?

While the flowers are pretty, the arrangement was supposed to be in a pretty vase with birthday candles and curly ribbons. Disappointed that the arrangement doesn’t convey birthday cheer like the picture of the product I ordered did. This in no way says Happy Birthday.

Called here from Alaska as a best friend of mine's mom who has always been a great lady and best friend to my mom fell and broke her hip. OUCH! I called before noon their time, left a message and within a minute they called me back! I explained I wanted a 'Get Well Soon!' bouquet but only Star Gazers. They wrote my note out and asked how much I wanted to spend. They took their delivery address and when I wanted it delivered which my preference was same day. After getting my credit card info we chatted about the weather in Alaska and how now she has a contact! We laughed and it was a very pleasant transaction. I like ordering directly by calling the florist choosing one off Yelp close to my recipients address, instead of using 1-800-flowers.com because I ask and get to choose what flowers I'd like it's more custom instead of canned.

Ordered flowers never arrived. Video doorbell confirms no deliveries. They rarely answer their phone during office hours. They don't call back. Wish Yelp was checked first as others have had the same non-delivery issue.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mothers house for Mother's Day yesterday. The flowers never arrived and I was given no notice that they wouldn't be able to complete the order or delivery. Now I haven't been able to get in contact with the business to get my money back. STAY AWAY. Update: After getting in contact with them I was refused a refund for never receiving my order. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. So disappointed that I wasn't able to resolve this with them directly.
