I went to go change my Iphone and the store manager named Paola helped me to purchase the Iphone 11 which was $500+ $20 service fee + $25 screen protector. Even from the beginning she had the mean and unwelcoming look that you can just feel when you approach someone. Once I signed to purchase the new Iphone and got the receipt which took a minute or two because I already knew what I wanted to get. After that She just handed me the new Phone and left like she was done with me. I still stood by the counter to transfer all my data to my new Iphone once I signed in to the cloud with my password and everything it still didn’t transfer including my contacts and photos. Then, I asked her which she was like far away from me acting like she didn’t feel like helping me out came over and looked at my phone confused and gave me attitude and told me to wait. I said, I don't feel like Im getting the services that I needed. Paola said. Is that how you feel? And, I replied, “Yes”. And, she threw my new iphone 11 on the table and said, “then leave do it yourself this is not my responsibility.” I was so shocked for store manager to behave in such unprofessional manner, I demanded a return on the new Iphone 11 and another sales representative who was next to her almost acting like she was about to to go after me saying, “did you not hear her?!?!” And I replied, “Yes, I heard her and I want a refund!” and after Paola lecturing me about that its not her responsibility to help me with transferring contacts, refunded me the phone but she still charged me with $20service fee which she did not provide + screen protector that I didn’t even use+ $10 additional sim card fee that I already have. I did not want to argue with her about the charges since I thought it was just wasting my time talking to her. I did complaint to the corporate about this issue and they did told me that she handled it very unprofessionally since she has to help me with the cricket device which im buying it from them. If they were going to just hand me the phone without any after service why would I even go there to get the phone. I can get the phone cheaper online or at Bestbuy. I had the most horrible experience with store manager Paola! There were other previous associates working at this location who was very helpful just avoid the store manager name Paola. Very rude and unprofessional manager. She was only interested in making you purchase accessories like screen protectors, Iphone cases, etc. and not the services that you actually need. Store manager, Paola’s definition of service is making customers feel uncomfortable for asking help.

The younger representative assisted us and was super kind and helpful. To our relief she was able to fix the issue with our phone. Great service. Glad we chose Cricket.

Been with Cricjet Wireless going to be 8 months Thursday even though I have bad signal eith cricket was going to overlook it and upgrade for new phone when was told that crucket doesn't do that but I could bug one outright. I never once missed a bill and now you won't give incentives to your loyal customers. I am leaving for t-mobile or Verizon where you get incentives and better phones

Do not get cricket at all go to straight talk I've been with them for years and they are much better than cricket the iPhone SE second generation is $150 from straight talk brand new straight talk is the Walmart brand I've been with them 4 years so if you want the new iPhone SE 2nd generation call straight talk and you will get a brand new phone for $150 and the service contract for $40 more free shipping thanks

This young representative (Jennifer)should get a raise. Twice I went to this store to get help with my new iPhone 12pro Max and both time she did the extra miles for me to resolve my issue. Unfortunately the issue was directly with cricket but I was very satisfied with her assistance. Thank you JenniferI went back to the store two days later and this time Paola help me out because Jennifer was assisting another client. Well, Paola help was good as Jennifer. These both representatives formed a good team. They are polite and cute by the way( with all respect). I will definitely come back for further assistance in the future. Thumbs up girl!!

Jennifer and Paola are a great warm at this store. The first time I went to store for a online issues, Jennifer helped me out outstanding.. two days later I went back to the store to get myself a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and Paola did the whole sale very smooth and enjoyable. I love Cricket! I've had them as my carrier for 6 years and had no problems. The monthly price is low and includes the tax, so I always know exactly what I'll be charged.Every Cricket store I've visited has had friendly and knowledgeable people to help. I highly recommend Cricket.

I came in today to purchase a new phone. Store was very clean and tidy. Glenna was very helpful and informative. She answered my questions about different models of phones and cricket plan prices. After purchasing a LG Harmony 3 with temper glass and a phone case, Glenna installed the temper glass and transfered all my data to my new phone. I had a very positive experience at this store today. Great customer service. Would recommend this store to others.
