My prescription was filled properly, but I was in line to pick it up and they turned me away because they closed for lunch. How ridiculous! The Giant Pharmacy that I typically use is open whenever the store is open. Very poor customer service in my opinion, there should be rotating staff so the counter can remain open and the employees can have a break for lunch.

The Indian pharmacist does not like her job or is not very good at it. I feel sorry for the employees. This place is like a McDonald’s fast food of pharmacist. Do not go here. They act overworked and underpaid. Terrible customer service. They were being so unprofessional and passive aggressive.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible service, went to pick up a few things and got greeted with no hospitality or a welcome. One specific employee was extremely rude, ironically enough his name is Wisdom. Funny he should be wise enough to treat his customers better. Pointing at customers, rudely calling them to move along, and no regard or care for what the customer needs. Highly consider if you want to keep this type of employee in your pharmacy, it's a really bad look.

This place is horrible. The worker at the pharmacy desk would not look up my prescription. He pointed to pick up and told me to go stand in that long line over there. I'm home trying to call and you guessed it, on hold for 10 minutes and counting. Go somewhere else!

There were a lot of negative reviews for this store. I did not experience any of what was said. They were very helpful and nice.

Warning to everyone!CVS is charging for medication too much. My wife bought the same type of medication from Harris Teeter, and it is cheaper. They refused to take my insurance eventhought it is a blue cross blue shield - FED. CVS charged my wife $15 for the medication while I paid $5 for it at Harris Teeter. I will never go to CVS again.

Christmas Eve @11:30pm & I decided to go on an eggnog hunt & of course CVS was open & did not disappoint. The staff was vibing & very helpful & totally in the holiday spirit. Love the festive decor in the store & was inspired by a couple of cute & unexpected ornaments. Thank you, CVS, & to all I wish you a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, & Happy Kwanza; Happy Holidays everyone, Cheers!

This CVS has zero customer service from managers. I will take my business elsewhere. I called to complain to the manager and he hung up on me. I called back he said I hear you I have other people here and cut the line. My call was to say every time I go to pick up meds from the pharmacy the line is very long and so is the wait. I don't asked why someone can't help out with the long line when there are always people walking around behind the counter. At times the cashier is very slow or customers have issues. This happens every time I am there. After the rude behavior of the manager I will no longer patronize CVS. Joe Donahue

I picked up a prescription for my daughter. Be sure to ask your questions before you leave. When you call, the pharmacist will just hang up on you mid sentence. Terrible customer service.

This review is just for the minute clinic. I've received atleast 4 shots from this location now and have had a pleasant visit each time. I try to get early appointments to avoid a wait or crowds and it has seem to work in my favor. They have many tome slots as early as 5am to very late in the day. I think depending on your vaccinations you'll get the shot from a pharmacist or a nurse. The pharmacy is usually always busy and the drive tru pickup can be a pain so choose your pickup time for your medication wisely or you'll be waiting forever.

My doctor called to tell me that he personally had just placed an order for my prescription. I was to take it 50' across the store to the Minute Clinic to be injected. Amazingly (not), no one at CVS three hours later had any idea of this when I arrived for my appt at the Minute Clinic. One lady at the pharmacy was very polite that the order did not show up on the CVS computer. Another lady in the pharmacy was totally snotty, telling me that, "This is the pharmacy. We are not the Minute Clinic." The Minute Clinic lady was very kind, but repeated a lot of stuff I already knew, and in effect put the blame on me and my doctor. She even suggested that I run over to his office and bring back a paper copy of the prescription--way across town at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon. What is this? 1980? Somebody must have talked to my doctor, who is a young, competent cardiologist, whom I believe 100%. Somebody at CVS did not get his order into the computer correctly. What else could have happened? Given the ineptitude and the attitudes, I will never use the Little River Turnpike CVS again, including for the Minute Clinic.

The computer and the pharmacy don't know what the other is doing. An hour after I picked up my last prescription the computer called to let me know that the pharmacy would be unable to fill the prescription I had already picked up. Then for the next week the computer called me to tell me they had filled the prescription that I already had and to come and pick it up. The last 2 prescriptions that I picked up here had the same issues. I'm giving them 2 stars because I actually received both prescriptions before the computer decided that it has to constantly call me. Who knows what my electronic medical records look like. I hope the computer isn't in charge of those.

Worst service ever and super duper slow as hell... literally waited over an hour in the drive thru line just to take a COVID test. Either hire more staff or train your employees better to do a more efficient/quicker job. You gotta be mindful of people's time as well. Literally I had to use the bathroom so bad and there was no way getting out of this line.

NINA ! She working at pharmacy she is very unkind and arrogant, she says she can't find my family name an number after 5 times, she treats many other poor old men too, people get angry, if I were the manager, I fire her right away! She made the old man wait for more than 20 minutes, teased the sick old man, "I don't understand your pronunciation," and refused to give him medicine.
