I have had an AWFUL experience with this CVS pharmacy for the past couple months. Two times now they are out of stock of my prescriptions. How are you a pharmacy and don’t have stock of medications?
They didn't even give me a call. “HI THIS IS CVS, THE PRESCRIPTION YOU NEED TO STAY ALIVE, THATS OUR JOB TO CARRY, YES WE DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK SORRY.THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW AHEAD OF TIME SO THAT YOU CAN PLAN FOR IT.”
I need this medication because I have heart issues. If I don’t have this medication then I could die.
SO IF YOU HAVE MEDICATION THAT YOU RELY ON TO STAY ALIVE, THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU MIGHT DIE IF YOU RELY ON THIS CVS PHARMACY AND THERE TEAM.
Very incompetent staff.
Not reliable. Not professional. Almost died

Terrible phone system at CVS. When you call, the automated system wastes your time and doesn’t connect you to a pharmacist or any real person at the store. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

Whoa you have a terrible cashier here. A bald older guy. He yelled at us for asking him to do his job. I am not sure if he is a managment team but was being rude to people. I never seen him before. I saw him yelling at other people too. Who does he think he is?! I will tell everyone I know about this place! Don't shop here or you will get disrespected if you mean business with them!!

There is a supervisor named Daud. He has zero customer service! A rude person who doesn't bother to cough on your face and don't wear a mask. 0 to this CVS. No wonder why the rating is going down! Shop somewhere else I suggest you. They are out of stock everytime and when you ask for help in the aisles he doesn't want to assist!

IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THE PHARMACY BY PHONE. very unprofessional. Please use another pharmacy. Can only leave voicemails to pharmacy. ZERO STARS.

Open 24 hours. Very busy. They seem to stock a greater variety of meds than most pharmacies, so you are less likely to have to wait a day or two for a new script.

1000x better than military pharmacy but always hang up the phone on you refuse to talk to you over the phone have to go in person

The lady at drop off (aged one) is rude and need to take extra customer service training, if she is tired or etc, go and rest. Rest all are good

The prescription was sent to pharmacy at 6:00 clock, the pharmacy refused to give me the medicine at 6:50 first lied to me that it is out of stock, after questioning the she closed it right in front of eyes saying we can’t process this we short stuff, She knows that it is for a little kids with high fever but still refuses to give me the medicine, this is insane !
