I’m all about keeping things well organized and flowing well but micromanaging customers who are using self check out is a little to much. For example, scolding them and yelling across the check out to tell them where they need to put their baskets while checking out (ex: “YOU CANT HAVE IT ON THE LEFT SIDE IT NEEDS TO GO ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOU”) is not necessary for proper organization and flow of the store.

The cashier Kyle was super bad, he didn't want to lend me the key so my 2-year-old son could go to the bathroom, very bad service

They close when they want to. They are supposed to close at 10 but close 30 minutes early often.

I love dollar tree and I always find crafting items that I need here for way cheap.
Here are the reasons why the stars are low.
1. The whole store is ALWAYS A MESS!!! either people make a mess or the employees have unopened packages everywhere and they don't care to even put them somewhere so people can shop without having to move them out of the way.
2. Expired items for sale!
3. FILTHY FILTHY BATHROOMS!!! no toilet paper on site either.
4. Broken items for sale.
5. Cheaply made items for sale.
6. Only one overwhelmed employee taking care of the whole store at a time.
7. Really bad attitude and racist employees.
8. Employees that stalk you around accusing people of stealing.
9. The store is either really hot or really cold.
10. I once saw a homeless guy who was flashing people and the employees didn't do anything to get him out of the store or to call the police.

Impressive how tidy, well stocked, and fully staffed it was. Definite sarcasm. I feel sorry for people who work here. It's obviously atrociously run.

I agree with Robert Hill. I used to shop here often, but the shelves are barely filled, with boxes of stock , unopened, in the aisles. There was one guy stocking and two female employees talking to each other in the front of the store. Very poor management, although I will concede that hiring may be a challenge.

I to go to this location weekly for cards, balloons and other items prices are still better then the grocery store, stop by Jan. 12th , 2024 to get balloons, ran into manage and ask for someone to help me with balloons, he was very rude and said every one was busy unloading a truck and no one could help me, ask when would it be a good time to come back, he replied I don't know I short handed. Went back Jan. 18th to buy items that i usually buy when I shop there. Store floor and carts were full of unopened boxes, no one was on the floor stocking shelves. Went back Jan. 21st and the same carts and boxes were on floor. I don't know how Dollar Tree can make money is everything in in boxes. I know the sells have to be way down, only good thing was that the checkout line were not long.

Almost every Dollar Tree I go to, I usually receive average customer service. However, it may depend on the employees and time of day. At least it is known for its wide selection of affordable products, though some items have been out of stock for a while (e.g. dishwater detergent, etc.).

I was looking to get school supplies a few days before school started (Tuesday), but it was closed...at 4pm. There was a closed sign that said it'd open at 9am the next day.
