After I got into an accident my insurance company called me to have rental vehicle from this location. The lady showed me the vehicle which was kinda brand new perfectly neat and clean. Nice customer service and rates. I even kept that vehicle for one more month. Will go with them in future if need.

I was involved in a hit and run car accident and was forced to use this location by my insurance company, Allstate. I needed a pick up and was told by Enterprise’s customer hotline that I needed to schedule that with the local branch. However, I called numerous time (over 12 times) during their business hours and was unable to get through. I’m not sure how this business is ran but this is unacceptable. I had to transfer my reservation to another location. Beware when you book at this location in Annandale that they never answer their phone lines if you need a pickup service!

Very professionally managed & run. Clean counter area with courteous reps. Reasonably priced clean cars.

Customer service hear rocks! In and out as fast as possible and she really goes out of her way to make her customers happy. I have been there 4 times in 2 months and every experience was awesome!

Bait and Switch – Unless you don’t want to get what you paid for, look elsewhere.I reserved an SUV at this location but when I arrived more than 24 hours later at apx 10 AM to obtain it, I was told they had no SUVs due to a company issue. I asked the clerk why someone did not just call and tell me they did not have the SUV that they said they had when I made the reservation. I could have made other arrangements. She had no response. A simple phone call is all that was needed.My options were to take a car for the same price or they would call around and maybe they could locate one in an hour. I was on my way to pick up my 85 year old father for a doctor’s appointment so I had no choice. He has mobility issues and it was an added struggle for him to get in and out of the low frame car. Additionally, I had specifically rented an SUV to transport a piece of furniture from his apartment for repair. I was not able to do this.I strongly doubt Enterprise would have accepted a like story from me - I show up and say, yes I know I said I would pay you $200 but I don’t have it so, take $100.Why does Enterprise think this uncommunicated last second change is acceptable customer service?

Nicole, at this (Annandale, VA) location was extremely helpful and courteous. She went out of her way to find a car to meet my family’s needs. Good customer service is hard to find. This location is at least a 30-minute drive from my home, but I would gladly make this trip (and pass 2 other locations) to receive respect, kindness, decency, and observe hard work and dedication!

Am I doing it? I must. Yelp! help me... AVOID! AVOID! Awful, downright sleazy, customer service shouted by manager 'elizabeth' and the rude sub she bossily orders around! Enterprise employees try to 'SKIM' $$ off the top by wantonly sending cars to 'no-name' repair shops. It's a scandalous - sub par - scheme! Employees barge through doors, colliding and knocking into folks that just spent money renting an Enterprise vehicle! Renters are YELLED AT! That is totally RUDE, UNETHICAL & SNOBBERY! Both female employees here, pugnaciously and disgustingly unfriendly (they are) blame and confront renters over damage that came on used delivered cars (15 minutes ago - the delivery truck is pulling out) from out of state. I am DISGUSTED by 'elizabeth' I refuse to rent Enterprise. She never provided a receipt. She accused us of having had someone KEY the car!?! We (our whole neighborhood, families, friends) will now go to Avis and Hertz. First my credit card was charged $500 deductible, then after fighting back I was refunded. The car we received had 4 severely damaged hubcaps, shredded tires, hood and door + looked like it had just been in a Jason Statham action movie sequence! FIX THAT S*** first - before accusing clients. THE WORST CAR RENTAL LOCATION! FIRE MANAGER ELIZABETH SHE IS AWFUL. Review: -2

Car was filthy, white “yogurt” stains on seat, not vacuumed or cleaned, make sure they don’t rush you checking the car and NOTE every scratch. They hardly answer the phone so if you have issues be prepared to go in. Customer service is terrible except for one person who attempted to have stuff emailed to us and sort of explain the process. They won’t hesitate to give you a car with damage and if you don’t note it ( make sure they record it) they will charge you hundreds of dollars- I felt scammed..
