“We are very, very happy with the services that Team Passionately Pets provides for our pups (and occasional foster dog).
These guys are great.
We’ve used Jenna’s walking and pet sitting services for a bit more than 4 years now, and have had no issue with any walker or sitter. And on those rare occasions when we’ve had a last minute need for a walker, Jenna or a member team took care of our girls.
One of the things we like best about Passionately Pets is that Jenna strives to ensure the same walker consistently takes care of our girls; over the more than four years with them, we’ve had only four regular walkers, a rare exception in a field with notoriously high staff turnover.
We’re also very happy with the overnight services they provide, with pricing on par with local boarding services, without the stress of dropping the pups off to stay with dogs they don’t know.

“I like the unique prints and post cards but I wish I had got a copy of my receipt. There is this “support local business” pink sticker labeled at $3 in my bag which I know I didn’t pick. Four post cards and a sticker came up to $20ish seems about right anyways! Friendly services and clean store!”
“This place is great! Love the vibes and Mirren is amazing! I came in to get a moldavite stone and didn’t know which one to choose and she was able me! She also helped me pick out a bracelet! Customer service is awesome here! The vibes here are great! I will definitely be coming back!!!”

“I think my 6 year old said it best, "wow! This is like an art museum! Oh every room gets better!" Urban farmhouse is a treasure. I come here (and upstairs to Covet) any time I want to find a unique and thoughtful gift. I adore the urban farmhouse vibe, I think I've gotten everything from greeting cards to unique vases to guacamole dishes to bottle openers to tea mugs. “I had a good experience with this location. After I placed an order I learned that someone was allergic to certain fruits. I called and Rosie answered and swapped out the fruit with other delicious items. The tray arrived on time and the fruit and cheesecakes were delicious.”

Quincy street and explained that I wanted to make it special for the seniors and if they could assist me with creating an arrangement for me to pick up. “What a magnificent way to celebrate my niece's birthday! She and my brother's whole family visited Fairfax Station from their home in Delaware this weekend, and I ordered a birthday tray to treat the 12 family members we gathered together. When the Edible Arrangements team heard that the birthday girl was going to be headed home around 6 pm, they juggled their deliveries around to ensure our gift arrived before 5 pm! The timing was *perfect* and the fruits and sweet treats were absolutely fabulous. My niece was thrilled and so were all the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. My daughter has now put in her request for the same for her birthday in September ?”

I completely understand that they’re busy, especially with Valentine’s Day today, but I believe there should be more transparency about same-day delivery. If they can’t deliver, they should not promote it.
Update: they did end up delivering around 8:30 pm that evening. I bumped this up to 4 reviews because it did arrive that same day.”
