Terrific customer service! They provided pictures and videos of the areas that needed repair to help us better understand the extent of the damage. They explained what was urgent, what could wait and what was cosmetic so we could work within our budget and spread out the expenses. No pressure!

I've taken all my out of warranty cars to Mr. Choi's Hillbrook Automotive for decades. All my family members as well. His professionalism, skill, and value of service are only surpassed by his integrity and decency. Truly, if other human being were like Mr. Choi, what a wonderful world we'd live in. As for servicing your vehicles? I don't believe you'll find a more highly skilled service team at jaw dropping value than Mr. Choi and his team. He not only does great work. He makes you want to be a better person.

Mr.Choi is a honest man. 11/10 would recommend to any friends or family in the nova area. Like another commentator mentioned, looks are deceiving but this is truly a gem.

I'm so thrilled that I found Hillbrook Automotive. Mr. Choi is the most honest and reliable mechanic around. I brought my car in because the AC wasn't working. He looked at it within minutes and added coolant and it was fixed within 10 min at less than 1/4 of the cost of what it would've been elsewhere. Highly recommend this place!

Mr Choi is an old fashioned mechanic that does just about everything on our 10+ year old Mazda. He saved us 900 on our first repair when we had a $1300 quote from elsewhere and he found most of the work was unnecessary and he did the actually needed repairs for half price. We get gas from his all the time. He is about the cheapest spot for gas and we like supporting him so even if he is a penny or two higher, we go to him.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Mr. Choi is one of the best and most fair mechanics around Northern Virginia. I've been going to him for close to 10 years now. The service is fast and fairly priced. Don't waste your time with overpriced car places and instead support your local mechanic like Mr. Choi.
