I wanted to change my plan. The posters/Ads
inside the store was showing some plans and I chose one of them. The front desk told me that they can’t change my plan in store and that I have to call customer service. They told me it’s only for new customers. I wonder how true is that. After I called the customer service and got everything sorted out, I asked them if I could do this in-person and the representative said Yes I could. I don’t know what’s going on but I think I went to Spanish Speaking only store.

Be careful with this location, if you ask for a plan of 40 they give you a plan of 30 and they add unnecessary things. The store manager says to do that and the people who work there do it because they have no choice. Set your plan carefully before doing anything. I already made a review and they deleted it...

Went in to get a phone service but you have to go to a regular TMobile store for that. A total waste of time.

I just got a phone from Evelyn she help me out, and gave me a free case for changing from another company. She was helpful, patient, and made the experience easy and fast. This was a great first time experience.
