I've been with Allstate for about 2 years ago, going almost 3. I have yet to speak to Michael Lee himself regarding an on going claim that has been opened over a year. I've been told by his assistant "We'll call you back after looking into your case", 3 times now, but no call back. What gives??

I changed to All State from Geico when I learned about their Milewise program. I retired during the pandemic and my car barely leaves the yard so it was a big savings for me. ($63/month). But what I LOVE most is that when I call, they answer the phone! They are local, and always helpful. So glad I switched!

All state agent Wendy Lin is the best. Every time I leave messages,I got respond very quickly. I never seen her in person. Her estimate price always cheaper than others.
