(1/06/23) I had an appointment at 6:30PM and I will admit I came 5 mins late. I checked in online & no one was there until after 12 minutes. A provider told me she couldn’t take me because taking a hepatitis titer will take 30 mins & she had an appointment at 7PM. Why did I waste my time? I’ve had a titer taken before & it doesn’t take that long. Definitely going to a different place.Follow Up (1/09/23): I went to a different clinic (Cardinal Forest Plaza) & I only was in the waiting room for five minutes. The providers were so kind & just as a suspected it took 5-10 minutes to take my Hepatitis B titer. Disappointed in the way Little River Turnpike clinic wasted my time.

This is my experience today and I have never been here before. We came for my daughter's pediatrician covid vaccine and the experience was totally great!!! First, we arrived at the CVS and there was a greeter who showed us where to go. Then, at the concierge desk, the manager or supervisor helped us to do the check-in in the computer. Then, the waiting area of the MinuteClinic was clean and nice. The best part was the nurse practitioner Shay (sp?) who put the vaccine to my 3 year old daughter. He was amazing!!! We even asked him if he will be there next time. My daughter didn't feel a thing? Right after the Covid shot, she asked where is my lollipop? The nurse practitioner did some techniques to distract her and he also answered to my daughter's questions...a 3 year old questions...He was amazing!!! Thank you CVS and MinuteClinic for giving us such a great experience during this important moment.

Worst physicians ever. Always ‘running behind’ and patients are taken almost an hour behind schedule. Your better off going someplace else. Also, Physician wouldn’t give a quick signature for immunization records without appointment?!! ONE SIGNATURE. Couldn’t give me 1 minute of her time .. so disappointed

Staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I arrived here and the first practitioner would not even come within 10 feet of me, instead shouting from a doorway of one of the examination rooms while I waited near the booth, that if I hadn't taken a Covid Test, I was out of luck and she would not see me, despite having a vaccination card. I returned a short time later to inquire about on-site rapid testing, which was advertised online and in signs elsewhere in the store. At this point, the other employee, once again informing me that I needed a negative test , indicated that they were full up that day and that the system to schedule a test wouldn't be open until Monday. The website indicated the site was open for walk-ins, with no indication of these new requirements, but neither employee was the slightest bit interested in helping me with my health questions and left me with no indication as to how to meet the covid-test requirement beyond directing me to the general page CVS website. I will not be using this CVS location ever again.

After waiting 30 minutes for no one to answer. Some one picked up and immediately hung up.

First time I was learning how it works and wait time was about half hour, they asked me to come back in 2 months for a second dose and after signing-in I had to wait 33 minutes, after that time they added a lunch break before my name and my wait was 1 hour and 20 minutes, since there's NEVER ANYONE TO TALK TO I set my timer to come back, mind you I was already losing time, when I came back my name was dropped and they told me to sign-in again and wait an hour, the nerve! Ridiculous! Worst service ever.

The NP told me that my neurological condition isn’t real. I was there on a completely unrelated matter. It was insensitive and inappropriate. His reasoning for not believing in it? A friend of his thought they had the condition and were “cured” by going vegan...ummm...ok? 1 person vs. several samples of people in neuroimaging studies...sure....

Signed in as a Walk-In before their lunch break, received a text to be there within 30min, saw the nurse Practitioner, picked up the antibiotic and left. Easy.

Reserved spot @ Minute Clinic in advance. Riz, the PA, was great. Filled script right away. No excess time! Niketa at the register greeted us coming in and was super nice as we checked out. Thank you!!

One of the slowest CVS's I've ever been to for picking up medicine. Highly suggest using the Walgreens in Annandale.
